Marco's is one of the best pizza places in Lebanon from my perspective. I've never had a bad experience, and everyone has always been professional and respectful. It's tough to get through to them on the phone occasionally, but that's because everyone's working their butts off getting the orders done and their phone is always busy because people love their stuff. It's that simple. So if you see any complaints regarding negative experiences by phone that would be the reason. You can't blame them for having great food and half of Lebanon calling for orders. Actually that's a good thing!
I used to order from Marcos allow the time. There food is great, but their customer service is lousy. Everytime I tried to pay with a credit card they made out like they were doing me a favor by accepting it and taking a service charge to boot. I never had a problem paying the charge, but the rudeness is unacceptable.
This place makes great sandwiches.Best sub shop in the Lebanon area by far.

Hands down best pizza place in Lebanon County. Everything we get is delicious!Spaghetti, hot and cold subs, salads, and one of our favorites is taco fries. The people there are very friendly. I also love the veggie pizza.
Delivered a half hour later then they said. They forgot one of the sandwich's. So had to wait another half hour for the sandwich. Then they didn't even apologize or offer coupons. Nothing. So yea won't be giving them my business anymore.
I order from here a few times a month because they have the best cheddar cheese fries. Almost everything I have had from here has been really good. I suggest waiting a couple hours after they open since the food seems a little rushed and not as fresh the first hour or so. They do get really busy and will occasionally only accept pick up orders.
I love this place their food is very tasty my favorites are the blt sub chicken fries and also the cheese steak with the nacho cheese highly recommend it
Marcos pizza is literally the best pizza shop with the best pizza shop food in Lebanon county as far as I’m aware. They’re always slammed cause they’re so good but it’s worth it I mean their stuff is always fresh their prices are unbeatable and fair and they have a huge selection on the menu. The guys in there are always super nice too, we love the guy always wearing a flash T-shirt. He’s super cool. This is the only pizza place we eat at now and it’s almost a 20 minute drive from us but all the other pizza shops near us can’t even hold a candle to Marcos’ quality.
