If I could give a minus, I would. This had to be the worst KFC I've ever been to. We went through the drive thru. 40 bucks, 12 PC family meal. Ordered crispy. We were told they were running low on crispy, but could do half and half, (crispy, original) ok. Drove all the way back to pine grove, low and behold, all original. The chicken was the driest I've ever had. The corn was hard. Needless to say, KFC is no longer a staple. Sad really.
Chicken tenders were good but the French fries were not. I had a stomach ache that night. I do like the option of the big box. It was a nice portion to share with two people.
Today they got the order right. KFC might need help with people I was waiting in the drive thru and the person in front was waiting for someone to take her order, it took about 7minutes for someone to respond. Ordered the fries ? and it's bomb! Large fries is the way to go!
I had to wait longer than I expected but the food was hot and the employees were pleasant and polite. The drive thru was open but I don't believe the inside was which could explain why it took as long as it did.
I stopped here because of the frenzy around the new plant-based beyond chicken that recently became available. I ordered three orders and no sauces. My family and I are huge fans of plant-based and vegan alternatives but my two year old and I both wouldn’t return for this food. Maybe for some tastebuds, slathered in sauce it would be delicious. The texture is not my favorite. The flavor was reminiscent of KFC I used to eat when I was younger.So the conclusion for us was that we Are happy main stream industry is shifting toward more compassionate choices. But we would not settle because we nosh on spectacular and delicious vegan food all of the time, so this was a flop for us.
My wife's chicken legs were small and seemed like old chicken that was sitting too long. Mine were excellent including the breast. Service in drive thru was good and friendly.
On doordash their menu said they had the new beyond nuggets. Ordered them and suddenly they don't have them. Not sure why they're listed if you don't have the item. You can't tell me that vegan foods fly off the shelves in central PA either.
Hold up how am I to order 40 dollars worth of food but can't get dipping sauce I which I was told no ...ever thought I'm allergic to hot sauce ...so you rather give me bland chicken huh

Usually a buy kfc like every other weekend but this weekend I went there and I wasn't satisfied with what they had, you had to pick and choose what they had lift. when you by number they were out off, they were limited with the food, all I could of get was chicken strips or hot wings and they put some hot sauce over it and top of that so now you know how it was and I'm not too big on hot stuff so I wasn't satisfied at all. I have to think twice to go back again. if I do go and they don't have what I want I just walk away, sorry I usually give good reviews but I wasn't satisfied this time
