I ordered online first thing this morning for a delivery at 11:30. Around 9:30, they called me and said they already have numerous timed orders between 11 and 12, and asked if it was okay if my delivery came closer to after 12. I told them that this wasn't going to be a problem. I get a phone call shortly before 11:30 from a very polite delivery driver telling me he's a few minutes away (per my request). I go back to my office to eat my meat all sub with light sauce and extra cheese and the roll was more toasted than normal. It also had no extra cheese on it.My husband got a chicken bacon ranch sub, which he said had little to no ranch on it, and it also had a black hair in it. He also got Mac and cheese bites that he said tasted like metal.We usually have great experiences here and the staff is always very friendly, but today's experience was by far the worst. ?
Great guys owning and working. The food is truly made to order and great quality and flavor. The best around by far!
Foods is excellent. Delivery drivers are polite and they deliver faster than most places and follow directions.
I've been coming to Greektown for a very long time. And tonight I was disappointed to the maxMy son ordered the chop cheese and it tasted gross with no taste.i ordered the 4 piece chickenAnd it was dark super greasy and soggy I was hurt because Gtwn never put out food like thisStill love u guys jus super dissatisfied
Greek Town is just awesome. The food is great and the service is awesome. There's usually a really long wait for delivery though.
slow service food cold when delivered will never order from this place again !! two hours for delivery is insane close the doors !!
Don't know what happened to them, they use to be so good. used the slice app to place order , according to them it was to be here by 6:09 pm. it didn't show til 7 pm. of course had to call and it took 30 mins before I got thru to them. the person who answered the phone was rude, the delivery driver was so disrespectful. I will never use the app or them again. very disappointed
I love this place. It's only a few blocks from my house and it's right on 422 East, so it's really easy to get to. Like everywhere else in Lebanon, the parking can be tricky, but it's worth the short walk; I always park between 6th St. and 7th St. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is always delicious. Try the gyros - they're amazing. I like to eat here at least once or twice a month.
not sure what has happened to greektown. used to be excellent. placed an order on Monday evening lady on the phone was rude. could hear another employee taking an order on the phone and then proceeded to complain about and mock the customer he had been waiting on. went to pick up the food and had to wait and wait finally about an hour and a half after placing the order it was ready. everything was disgusting. chili dog had ice cold chili on it. chicken parmesan sub was burnt.
Cheesesteak came after 2 hours tonight and had mayonnaise on it. Called and was told there is no way it has mayonnaise but they always act this way when they make a mistake . I hate mayonnaise and literally puked after 1 bite. This is the last straw for this poorly run business!
