I always get great service at this Friendly's location. Johna and Tif greet everyone with the perfect Friendly smile. Great service every visit.
My partner and I decided to get some breakfast at this location yesterday. We both got the same thing with the two dippy eggs, bacon, and French toast. Everything was fine until we bit into the French toast and it was unfortunately not done in the middle. Whoever was cooking had a perfect brown on the outside but they were cooking at too high of a heat and the little bit that was done did taste really good. However, we ended up getting sick as a result of the French toast unfortunately.
So the waitress was nice and attentive. However I believe my family and I all have food poisoning which set in an hour after eating at this restaurant. Everything tasted good except the mayonnaise was definitely off, which could have been the culprit. It’s a shame because I used to love going to friendlys but they have really gone down hill over the years.
My husband and I eat at the Lebanon Friendly's frequently. The food is good, the prices reasonable and the servers pleasant. We especially like Johna (who has been at the restaurant since it opened), Tiff, Kirstyn, and Emily. Managers Trish, Shelby, Darlene, and Megan are always cordial. I recommend this Friendly's for a likeable restaurant experience.
The food is always great and I love the service I get when I come here. Jess is the best server! She really goes the extra mile to make the whole dining experience a pleasure.

I frequent this location on Tuesday nights with a friend. We are always greeted quickly usually by Rachel, who always seats us with her! We do not even have to tell her our drinks as she has them out shortly after being sat! We enjoy this location because we can sit back, relax and catch up without feeling pressured to leave. Rachel always makes sure we have refills, and that our food is to our liking. She really does make you feel welcomed! Such a bright personality and fun to engage conversation with! Food and ice cream are always to our liking. So glad we have a weekly spot to go and catch up! Thank you Lebanon Friendlys
Our waitress was Excellent! Very nice,was very attentive,and very pleasant. The food came out quickly and was GREAT! I can say for sure that when we stop in again I'll be getting the French toast with strawberry topping and whipped cream again! It was definitely delicious!

The food and service was amazing ! Whoever is managing this restaurant has a solid team ! The atmosphere from walking in, and the service from SCOTTY, and the amazing cook Bruce made all over our food so perfect , that we barely wanted to touch it out of fear of messing it up ! Anytime I am in Lebanon this is where I will come to eat !! My kids loved their experience as well !
