This Dunkin is the worst. They can not get it together. I just came from there. Ordered avocado toast with bacon and it didn’t have bacon on it. I’m sure I paid extra for it though. Everything we wanted to order they didn’t have (bottled soda). The Dunkin by the Lebanon Valley Mall is way better. Dont even bother with this one .
These young people are always swamped and understaffed. They're doing their best (I assume) in these low wage times. I looked for a tip jar the last time that I went but didn't see one.
very slow, you can’t order and pick up inside. Drive thru is always slow and the donuts always taste slimy and weird. if you get iced coffee you’ll just taste the sugar. Not the best Dunkin

Time to open the store back up. Drive thru only is unnecessary and inconvenient at this point.
This one is not good, slow, no order inside, drinks made weird. Dunkin by the mall is way better and on point
Drive thru employees were wonderful, handled the long line extremely well. However, there were only 2 people working, straight from school WITHOUT managers!! Awful management and they deserve better. GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A BETTER WORK ENVIRONMENT. The 2 stars are for the 2 employees that were so sweet.
Went there four times. The first time they didn't even have any doughnuts. The other three times they never once gave me the order I paid for. They don't seem to know the difference between the custard filled and the sweet cream filled. I ended up throwing them all away. Such a waste.
This place is doing an excellent job if there goal is to be the worst dunkin of all time. The donuts were actually inedible.
