They can have a line wrapped around the building and still have you on your way in less than five minutes. I went to a Harrisburg location the other morning and waited for almost twenty minutes and there were maybe four people in line. I just kept thinking that this Dunkin would’ve helped twenty people!
My favorite coffee! Very hard to find traveling out west.
Was just charged $7 for a medium slushie! Do not go here! They are thieves!! He even purposely did not give me my receipt. I will never go here again!
WORST DUNKIN’ DONUTS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! You can’t understand them/they can’t understand you. We tried ordering coffee and they messed up our order more than 3 times. We found coffee grounds in our iced coffee, in the bottom. And the milk was SPOILED!! It’s so disgusting. We paid $43, they only gave us $11 back: and they didn’t give us our total money back. The manager told us to never come back.
We came around the drive through 3 times and they still didn’t get it right. We payed $42 and they only gave us $11 they refuse to give us the rest of the money. We had to get parents involved Bc they won’t give it to us. All the drinks have nasty stuff in it the blue slushy has BROWN in it and that’s gross and unsanitary. There where coffee grounds at the bottom of the drink, and all the coffees tased like the milk was spoiled in it.
Not always the most friendly but service is usually speedy.

Wow. Just had a terrible experience at this place. Not only can you not understand what the employees are saying, they also don't understand you! Asked for very light ice in my drink at least 3 times and they said ok ok. Then they give me a drink filled with ice!! They refused to remake the drink and said they will charge me extra for light ice. It doesnt make sense! Terrible terrible customer service! Highly DO NOT recommend them!!!
IM TIRED OF THEM GIVING OLD FOOD. THE HASH BROWNS TASTE SO OLD. THE BACON AGG AND CHEESE BAGELS ARE EVEN WORSE. THEY BE USING BAGELS FROM THE DAY BEFORE. I DON'T GO THERE MUCH ANYMORE ONCE AND WHEN I DO ITS THE SAME.
