They don't even accept their own coupons the franchise owner needs to be terminated for incompetence

These delivery charges just keep going up and it takes away from the delivery driver that uses there own vehicle to do deliveries andvmakes you not wanna tip them more then 2 bucks
Terrible service came in to get food on Christmas was told by a second person that they were closing early due to being under staffed when there was multiple employees.also the first person that helped that was skinny and wearing glasses had an attitude problem and walked away saying to the second person to go and help us
On hold for 40 minutes … was trying to add to my online order .. wanted to add two lava cakes and after 40 mins they finally answered and said oh we are busy and if you order two lava cakes it will be an additional 40 minutes and we already been waiting more than 40 and then food gets here and it’s cold … I understand it short staffed but have to do something to fix issues .. no lava cakes for me
For being extremely under staffed they are on top of things and trying their best. My pizza was delicious and they were very kind and friendly. Appreciate their kindness.
On Sunday December 19, 2021 we arrive to the city of Lebanon, PA from Florida. I call to place an order as a delivery and the service was very poor. I not only call once, but numerous time and who ever answer the phone kept placing the call on hold without speaking with me, the call was place on hold for more than 15 minutes. No one call me back or never had the chance to place the order.
They took a little bit of my order than put me on hold for 12 minutes. After me hanging up and re calling back five times someone finally picked up and said they were closing early. When I told them I wad left on hold and my order was already being taken they did not care and said they were not taking any more orders at this time
Very inconsistent & lack of professionalism. They routinely close early and will hang up on you over the phone if they don’t wanna deal with you.
Pizza is good. Service couldn't be better
