Purchased an ice cream cake. At $34.99, the price seemed salty to me and the cashier did say they just raised prices but it still didn't cover the cost. Maybe when adding in wages, utilities, and building costs. But I'm sure it covers product cost. I don't visit often but always good customer service. 4 stars because I'm sure corporate dictates prices.
Staff is always friendly and welcoming as you walk through the door. Typically I go in to order as the drive thru is a little tight. Staff is always looking busy, but they are working hard to get the orders out- always have smiles on their faces!
Ordered a chocolate m&m blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream (dairy queen normally uses vanilla with chocolate syrup) I do not care for it their normal way and if I'm paying enough money for one cup of ice cream that could get me a tub in a store id like it the way I ask. This is the third time in a row they have made it with the syrup instead of just using chocolate ice cream. I have no more plans to spend money here.
Place was slammed and really busy on a Monday night but the service was FAST!!! This location is ON IT! Great work East Cumberland Street!
