Went here at 8. Kitchen was almost totally closed down already, food everywhere. They were playing music (normally wouldn't mind you gotta have fun) but it was BLASTING from a stereo that was sitting on a food prep area. The girl who made my food was rude and seemed annoyed that we came in, and gave us old, dry, small portioned bowls that had bent up lids. Girl at the register was great though.
Not salad dressing, can't print receipts & all the sodas are out. Rude staff.
Went there and ordered two hours ahead for 7pm. Showed up and didn’t get food til 7:20, still fine. Then we finally got our food and the food was nothing that we ordered. Not even close. An almost 40$ meal I paid for (extra meat, guac, steak, queso, etc) and we were given two regular chicken bowls. So disappointed.
This Chipotle in Lebanon made my husband and me so sick. Wish I had read all the negative reviews first. Will NEVER eat at this disgusting place again. If you go in and see the messy kitchen, dirty dining room and overflowing trash bins near the door, just turn around and save yourself an entire day of MISERY. There were 6 or 7 employees in the kitchen area not really doing anything. So it’s not an employee shortage it’s laziness. Shame on the owner and manager for not caring and not training their employees to properly and safely run a restaurant. If a restaurant can’t keep its appearance clean then there is NO WAY they are being safe with food handling and food temperatures. Should be zero stars!
Customer service is trash, they don’t care about there customers avoid at all cost
This whole experience from start to finish was an absolute mess. First of all this store doesn’t accept cash?? But okay we can pay card. I ordered a kids chicken quesadilla. I was then handed a burrito that was pressed in the quesadilla maker (as pictured). When I asked the cashier about this, I was told “You can make them both ways” when clearly on your website it isn’t made as a burrito. The staff was rude and then icing on the cake we found hair in our food. So after the whole thing we were given a refund. We were also told the refund could take up to 5 business days. For a place that doesn’t accept cash you take 5 days to refund?? Overall 0/5 stars this place is disgusting. Save the money and just visit a chipotle elsewhere.
This place went downhill FAST. I use to work here and they gave you a lot in your bowl. Ordered mine today and it was a lot smaller than it usually is. Read through these reviews they’re saying the same thing! Also, learn how to make a burrito bowl. The sour cream and cheese was under the lettuce? Which makes no sense. My food was also cold too which was quite disappointing. Ordered on DoorDash and got $1.18 back that’s it :/
We ordered catering online and when we showed up the staff had no idea we had placed an order. The manager came out and apologized and told us it would take 20-25 minutes to make. After waiting for 25 minutes the order wasn’t ready so we just got our money back. The staff at this location is useless and they had inappropriate music blaring. Honestly please just shut this place down or get people who can do their job. I will never come back and will be sure to tell everyone I know how much it’s sucks.
My organization was holding a fundraiser so I decided to go and try dinner at Chipotle. I had it once before, but wasn’t in love and thought I would try it again. The restaurant is online only, which is very inconvenient for those who come in wanting to order and then have to wait an extra 20-25 minutes for their food. My friend and I had placed our orders, and I wasn’t able to get what I originally wanted because they were out of guac. I proceeded to order something else and all was fine. Once we arrived, my meal was ready, but incomplete and my friend’s meal wasn’t ready yet, even though we arrived 10 minutes after our pickup time. They proceeded to tell us that they ran out of chicken and were currently in the process of making more. There were at least 5-6 other people waiting for their online orders too, probably waiting on chicken as well. Once her meal was finally ready (15 minutes later) we sat and ate inside. Her meal was also wrong which was upsetting after waiting that long. The workers also told me they didn’t know how to process the percentage that my organization would get back from the fundraiser night since my order was online, but the only way to order was online??♀️. Overall, a very disappointing experience in a dirty restaurant. Will definitely not be going back.
I would highly recommend take a trip to Hershey pa this place is beyond terrible I really don't see how you guys are still operating. last time for me
