If you haven't checked out the Blue Bird Inn... it's a must if you're in the Cornwall Lebanon PA area. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was amazing. The appetizer or brussel sprouts we ordered was delicious. They make it in such a way you won't believe you're eating brussel sprouts. The creme brulee was just perfectly done and so good! The service we received was outstanding! Great staff and atmosphere for a night out and good food.
Bluebird ROCKS the back deck on a warm Friday night. Live music + draft brew = perfect Vibe. Enjoy the chill.
First time there. Loved the menu variety, and different cocktails and beer also great. The waiter, Nate, was good. Although he never checked if we were satisfied with the meal, or ask for drink refills, or if we wanted dessert.Food was great and delicious. We all would return again.
I haven't eaten at the Blue Bird Inn in quite some time but I'm glad that my fiance and I stopped here recently for a quick bite to eat. We sat at the bar and both ordered a drink and two sandwiches for lunch. There were several things I warn torn between food & drink wise! I was really impressed with their menu selections. The bartender was super helpful and was able to help me narrow down what I should order. For lunch, I ordered the Blue-Cucumber Smash and for my meal, I ordered the Bird is the Word sandwich: buttermilk house fried chicken, bleu cheese slaw, pickles, and hot honey on a brioche bun. My fiance ordered the Spicy Margarita and for his meal, he ordered the Chicken Chesapeake: grilled chicken breast, crab, Swiss cheese, spinach, and pesto mayo, on a brioche bun. Our meal was excellent and I would absolutely order both of our drinks and meals again!- Follow @centralpafoodie on Instagram for more PA food reviews & pictures!
Wide variety of foods, chose the fish and chips. Wow! Rich flavored and crispy batter without being heavy; fries... er, chips... were tender and tasty, like homemade.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered the Mahi tacos-purple cabbage on bottom, hunk of fish overdone, quinoa on top. There was no flavor at all very bland. It came with tortilla chips but no salsa. My friend had a salad with salmon on top. Her fish was overdone also. My other friend ordered a side of fries with her meal. She had to ask twice until she finally got them. Not sure when I will be back.
Great Find fist time place looks amazing. Can't imagine how it gets when it's summer time. Shure to come back and check it out. Everyone from the Host to our server Allan was Great and Patient. We where Party of 6 so we took a it longer than usual to loom at the menu. Menu was updated but wanted to try everything on the menu. Started of with some drinks MaiTai's to be exact they where delicious, 3 orders of PubFries to go around then came the streaks FYI the back and blue with blue cheese is to die for. Def coming back.
Second time I was here. Place is very nice. Food and drinks were very good. I got the garlic parmesan boneless wings. These were nothing to brag about. But the meatloaf stack was very good. Will be going back again.
4 stars because the food was good and the server was great.Only annoying thing was it's labeled as "vegan-friendly," but it's not really lol. It has one vegan option + salads you can probably ask for without cheese or dressing. The ONE vegan dish was good (could use more sauce), but this restaurant shouldn't have vegan friendly so explicitly advertised. I wouldn't care if it wasn't so prominently on the website. ? My non-vegan friends thought that was weird also.
We enjoyed drinks and hearty appetizers here for a light supper--on our way home from a long trip! Just what we needed. I had shrimp skewer with pineapple salsa and my companion had steamed mussels.
