Went to get ice-cream and I was told at 2:30 pm on a Thursday in the drive through that the ice cream isn't available. So when is it available? According to the door on the business and everything I seen online they were open up until 6 pm. If you don't want to serve it then get rid of it and stop advertising it. You're wasting everyone's time and giving Baskin-Robbins a bad name.

Just called today. My 17 year old daughter has attempted to bring home smoothies from this location. However, I was just informed that the drive thru is "too busy" for smoothies (ANY time you order them ) & they will direct you INSIDE for these type of orders. Also was advised the "hours" are wrong too. According to my call, the Baskin menu is only available after 11am or noon until approximately 6pm.I understand COVID. However, if you can prepare all the Dunkin items for drive through, a Smoothie shouldn't be SO time consuming it's unavailable for drive thru.Just say your Baskin is temporarily closed. You are giving Baskin a bad name. Again, we successfully got our 1st Smoothie here about a month ago. No one asked me to come in. But they asked my 17 year old to? Fishy. Then, we were excited about the smoothies & attempted at least 2 other times to get smoothies. Every time it's been my daughter and she's refused to go inside, so this location is LOSING SALES because of how much harder a smoothie is to prepare.Bottom line. Great location for Dunkin and should should stick with that.
Leopold's is very good ice cream, but I'm not sure I would get it again due to the huge, down the street, around the corner line. I love ice cream, but it is not any better than some others I can get in my hometown and in my opinion worth the wait. If you have the time to spare, go for it! But if you have limited time, don't waste it in line. There are too many other things to do.
I ordered an ice cream cake from them and paid extra for a picture. I got a call saying they couldn't do the picture (which was an extra 8 dollars). I went through with it anyway. Upon pick up day, they were closed. I had no way of contacting them other than the managers personal phone number which I was desperate enough to call. When I asked for my 8 dollars back, they said the manager would call me (he never did). They were very rude and did not help the situation at all. Do not buy cakes from them.
The new owners are very greedy and it’s disgusting. If you ask for no ice in your drink will charge you a dollar extra, very unhelpful and unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts
They also serve max 2 flavors in one single cup - and that cup size is huge. If you want to try more flavors, you will have to buy enormous amounts of ice cream.
