Incredible locally roasted coffee and unique idea to serve crepes! Friendly staff and just a warm environment to grab a cup of coffee
Wife and stopped by for breakfast. We had a strawberry and a fruit crepe (not sure of exact names) both were great. Also got smoothies a strawberry and a strawberry/banana. Both were terrible. The smoothies began to separate before we even got our crepes. Mine separated into two layers - ice and liquid, wife’s separated into three layers - ice and liquid with a foam in between. The taste was not great after everything separated. Will not gat a smoothie here again..
This was our visit to Ancestor Coffee but definitely won't be our last. I got the Tiramisu latte with macadamia milk and the Lebanon County crepe. My partner got a frozen coffee with caramel and the cheesesteak crepe. We both loved our dishes and would get them again. The place was clean and inviting, and all of the staff were friendly.
We drove in specifically to try Ancestors in Lebanon because we heard they make gluten-free crepes as well as regular. They had savory, but we both chose sweet. Mine was strawberry lemon cheesecake and his was Fruit & Sunshine. The crepes were tender and the fruit fresh. We enjoyed every tasty bite. We paired with lattes which were strong and smooth. Well done Ancestors. 5 stars for sure. *The owner and staff were lovely as well. Great experience.
Love this place. The atmosphere was great the baristas were great. I ask for a special coffee that I would normally get in Key West and they got it right. Alot of other places did not get it right. But this one young lady actually listened to what I was saying and made it perfect. She called it the Cubano-Latte . It was delicious. I highly recommend this place. I will go here again for sure.
i truly cannot recommend a better coffee spot to cozy up in. Ancestor is my favorite Lebanon spot I have found in the year and a half that I've lived here. NICEST staff ALWAYS. amazing coffee and tea specials each month and they support local artists by showcasing some items for sale (which is where I did some Christmas bags last year to send back to friends in VA Beach and they loved them!) the book share area is wonderful and they are usually playing WONDERFUL music that I just love.
Stopped by yesterday simply delighted to particpate in your offering to the community! A taste of the world in the heart of Lebanon County. And the coffee and crepe did not disappoint. Had the honey Cardamom latte and a Pig and Fig crepe. I agree that the coffee is better than Starbucks and the crepe was filling and pleasured my palate with the sweet and savory. Especially appreciated the Olio offerings for sale, a bit of Italian co-op for our agricultural hearts.
What a unique idea. Very filling crepes. And lots to choose from, savory and sweet. Coffee was really good. Staff was friendly and you could see hard working getting everyone taken care of. Very decent place.
Tried the special - black cherry mocha, if you like chocolate covered cherries, you are going to love this. A switch from my normal, lavender honey mocha, but extremely pleased I tried something new.
Our food was delicious! The service was fast and the place is very inviting! Give it a try, you will enjoy it.
