very nice people, who were dying as-needed work, from cashier to French fries. and my cook, who works near enough to the counter to talk to, was very nice, too.the burgers were square and thick, and good. the chocolate Frosty, yummy and my large coke was nice and fussy, yay. everything was clean.cost? worth it. I will return! next time, photos!

I was waiting in line to pick up a Doordash order. And he will deliver it to me after 40 minutes of waiting .... I can not believe the lack of coordination in this establishment and I have been looking for other orders before and the same thing has happened they take a long time to deliver them ... and they are never done when you come to pick them up which is supposed to be the idea of ​​delivering. Another issue is cleanliness. After what I saw today.....I will never eat here again....the work areas and where they cook the food are really disgusting.....and I will never take another order from Doordash from this company. It is a total disappointment. They should supervise this establishment because they are giving a terrible service.

I ordered food online on the App. After arriving at the store there was a delivery truck blocking the drive through. Employee told me I could not get my order because their online system was down and I would not be able to use the drive through. Attempted to cancel the order and it told me it was to late. Put in a request for a refund which was never responded to.

If I could rate this location 0 ⭐, I would.It doesn't matter if you use their mobile app; you will still be waiting any where from 30 minutes to over an hour. Mobile app users who use take out option can not go inside b/c the doors are locked & if you use curbside pickup you will be waiting b/c they do not have enough employees to go take your order to your car. Your only option is drive-thru, so be prepared to wait even if you use the app.Good luck letting them know you ordered via app b/c they won't find your order.

Terrible service and quality. Yes I know there's a staffing shortage. So I expect when I finally pull up to window after 20 min wait, they'll only be like 2 people working. I see a gang of people just standing around in background, hanging out. the lady pretty much threw food at me, rude as can be. I ordered a $6 burger looks like they gave me $1 burger and pocketed the rest. The burger was not even cooked properly. Had to go home to reheat, was still undercooked. Hope I don't get food poisoning. Multiple times had some ghetto child, girl argue with me while trying to order. I RECOMMEND DRIVING TO COLUMBIA WENDYS ON PROSPECT ST, GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY. This location isn't the best if you want your food the way you order it. Only tomatoes and lettuce computes to them as NO tomatoes and Lettuce. My fault for not checking my meal before driving away. Now I remember why I stopped going to that location.

Guy taking orders talked over you, didn't listen. When arriving at window, told them what I wanted that the guy cut me off talking. Had to remake my order and handed me the bag... told her I ordered a medium drink... told me I didn't... informed AGAIN that the guy didn't listen and cut me off...I'm assuming the manager told her to give me the drink.... HORRIBLE experience!!! And, they were rated better than others in the area...OMG!!!!

The Wendy's on Harrisburg Pike is a JOKE!!! I was there . I waited in the drive thru, which I didn;t mind considering the shortage of staff. I ordered my food (Dave" single with fries and soda plus 9 piece nuggets. The fries were cold, so before leaving the window, I asked for Hot fries (as the commercial says). I was told to pull up...I did. Waited for 32 min and didn't receive my fries. By now everything was cold. I had to get out of my car and knock on the drive through window to request my money back. ( All the doors were locked, because of the staff shortage.)Waited another 10 min. Knocked on the window again , and finally a staffer came to the door and asked me what I wanted. I said that I waited over 45 min. for fries that I never received, and right now I'm requesting my money back, because my entire meal is cold. P.S. I was given my full refund, with half of the coins on the ground....yes my money was literally THROWN at me. If I can give them negative stars I would. EX wendy's customer.....Judy

Do not use app to make mobile order. Staff as hard as they tried, they were not adequately trained and handed me wrong drink order than I waited about 30 min. I know folks behind me were ticked thinking I had an extra large order. Staff of 3 did hustle, were pleasant & professional. This Wendy's is always busy & with backed up drive thru.

First, I’d like to say that some of you guys need to understand that there is currently a STAFFING SHORTAGE. With staffing shortages means that there are longer wait times, which is completely understandable. Some of these reviews are incredibly obnoxious, and I believe people should be grateful that this store is even operating. I went over tonight, and I ended up in line for basically two hours. I didn’t care, all I was doing was going home. There were only TWO people running the store tonight. Obviously two people is not enough for a fast food place to function properly, but the workers were incredibly polite and were apologetic about the wait. My food was good and fresh, which was also a plus. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you, or you’re going to end up with nobody working fast food.
