watresses were very polite and welcoming since we had a group of 20

Needs to be a lot cleaner and they need to stop letting people walk in just to use their restrooms and walk out, foods was good but their overall. Appearance and wait staff needs help! They looked at their phones more than they did their 2 tables. About 10' 15 people walked in while we were there just for the bathroom in the parking lot from the dollar store.

I've never had a bad meal in a Waffle House. Service and food here did not disappoint. It's Waffle House. Good steak and eggs!

The staff was amazing so for that I'm giving two stars. However our food sadly was not. Came here with my family (6 of us) food came out quick but under cooked, hasbrowns were not fully cooked and the waffle was still doughy. I also found a long strand of hair in my eggs. Could not eat the rest after that. Also the eggs were just drenched in oil... almost as if after they cooked it they drizzled more oil over them and served it to us. Will not be coming here again.

Seriously, the pecan waffle at the Waffle House might be one of the greatest bites of food in all of America. It's an institution and should be on everybody's bucket list for breakfast at least once in their life. The Waffle House in Amish Country on Route 30 in Lancaster PA is a very busy Waffle House much bigger than most normal ones. I was seated promptly served well and the pecan waffle was perfection. Thanks to the entire staff as they continue to make these visits very friendly. Waffle House is for a certain type of client in a certain type of hurry but you must must must get the pecan waffle at Waffle House.

Food was good as always. Service was terrible. Asked for more coffee... it never came. Asked for water to take some pills... never came. Finally just paid the check and left. Not a good experience.

Great service! There was just one employee cooking, taking orders and serving! He was extremely nice even though it was busy. Food was tasty. Place was clean. Plenty of parking.

I've never been to the waffle house before so was excited to have this experience. We enjoyed the people who served us and he was very nice and we didn't have any problems with the customer service, it was just that all 3 of our plates with food had something burnt on it as the food was not enjoyable and thought the cook could of been watching our food more as he was making it. But everyone was nice. So I do give it at least 2 stars

We really enjoyed this place. We had the 2 egg breakfast and the Texas cheesesteak. Both were very good. Service was good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Shelly the waitress & Rosie the cook are the best! They were the only two people operating the restaurant, and they were able to serve everyone in a timely manner… all with a positive attitude and a smile. Even at the busiest time, the wait time is minimal and you’re always made a priority. They continually give my dining experience an “at home” feel, and I have nothing but compliments for their professionalism, the service they provided, and the quality and accuracy of the food. I’ve been a return customer for quite a while, and people like Shelly & Rosie are the reason I return.
