Literally 10/10 service and food. I’ve been very skeptical of the Waffle House over the years but I will have you know, I’ve been missing out! Prices are nearly unmatched or closely matched to diners, but the taste is significantly better. Delicious waffles. Great bacon. Eggs perfect. Just all around really good. Would recommend! The employees have a really friendly, fun, work environment that I, as a customer, can appreciate. They work hard and it pays off. I really liked the food here & hope you try it out as well. I’ll be returning.
Waffle House is always the best after a long night of drinking, but I am one of those weirdos who enjoys it during the day too. It’s not always the cleanest or the best service, but it’s comfort food at its finest. The only knock I have is that the waffles could be done a little bit more. They were a bit doughy this time around and an extra 5-10 seconds would be great. Same with the hash browns. Otherwise, it was solid.
This Waffle House was nice. My friend said it was the best service he has had at any of the locations.. The service felt like a family we were all just part of one big kitchen, and everyone in there seemed to know each other. The waffles are good. I also got the hashbtown, egg. Sausage and cheese bowl and it was yummy but I was a bit surprised by the price of everything.
Waffle House has very good tastes food and good cooks but it is not worth waiting 1 hour just to order food. Also the servers that were working at the time I went in are very unorganized they took others orders of people who came in after me while I still stood in line waiting to order 7 months pregnant and high risk and the remark I got from a worker was people who dine in get taken care of first which is 100% wrong and unorganized. I understand being short staff and that is why I didn’t complain in the beginning but as time kept passing and others was getting their food that arrived after me I started to get upset. Never going to this Waffle House again. I rather spend my money and good tips I give to those who deserve and this company do not deserve my money and their servers do not deserve my tips.
This is probably the most ghetto Waffle House I've ever been to. Windows are stained and smeared with kids fingerprints. Hospitality was nothing like the ones down south. It was ok, but don't judge other Waffle Houses by this one.
Food was decent, but it would be nice if their restaurant was cleaner and spacious. I had no problem with any of the employees. Everybody was friendly.
Staff was SUPER!!! This was our first time there,we are not from Lancaster, but staff was so nice, polite, respectful, friendly and food was really good..oh and also clean.
We visits this location on this date. The service was outstanding. The staff were all pleasant and very friendly. We love Waffle Houses. This was by far one of the best we have experienced. The restaurant was clean for a Waffle House including the restroom. The food… if you are a devoted fan you understand why I say it was delicious. It’s a Waffle House! Waffles, home fries, and bacon. What more can I say?!? Will visit again when in the area.

Food was done on a good timely manner, tasted good too but floor was ridiculously dirty should have someone making the place stay nice and neat
