The most upsetting experience I have had with a local restaurant in years. After waiting over an hour for our delivery, I called to check on our order. The woman who answered the phone could not locate our order in the computer and after speaking with someone else there, explained to me there was a mix up and they thought I was coming to pick up our order. She continued to explain the driver was no on their way with our food. I expressed concern that I was no longer interested because I knew the food would be cold and they could take the food back and just refund my credit card. Things escalated quickly and she ended up screaming at me on the phone telling me to just ‘heat the pizza up in the oven.’ I went on to explain that I was not spending $56 on food to have to reheat it after over an hour wait time. She continued telling me telling me how busy they were and there was nothing to be done to fix the problem and hung up on me. I called back about 45 minutes later asking to speak with a manager only to be told the boss would not be until next week and I would have to wait for a phone call at that point.I am disgusted with the complete lack of customer service as well as the luke warm food I spent $66 ($10 delivery tip) on.I will never order from Two Cousins again and I am saddened by this as we order from them 1-2 times month.Do Better!

I was running late to get dinner and wanted to stop by two cousins in Lancaster city. I’ve eaten at their East Petersburg location a few times, it’s been fine.I walked in at 8:52 hoping to get a to go order to take home, and was told that they were closed and was turned away. Listen, I get it’s Friday night and you want to get home. I do too. But I hold a high standard to a places that advertise closing times that serve the community well, especially on weekends. As a guide it’s my full disclosure to report everything. Was looking forward to the food but disappointed they closed earlier than advertised. I’ll give it another try in the future earlier I guess.
I bought a lasagna comes with side sslad and i order garlic knots, i called for delivery service, when i got my order the lasagna was a disaster it look more like spagetti all over the place it was not pu together the presentation horrible. The only 2 things i can say they were good was the delivery was on time and the knots even though they had a lot of oil.
Best pizza and service. Very friendly staff.
I have eaten at a lot of different pizza places and this is hands down one of the absolute best. Staff is charismatic and friendly. Highly recommended!
Accidentally placed an order online thinking it was delivery only to find out it was only for pick up. They have the ability to deliver but refused to because they used two diferent systems and if I wanted to get it delivered I'd have to place another order and pay AGAIN. I'm disabled and dont have a car. My daughter had to go catch the bus to go to work and the two cousins kept my food and my money. Stay away!Edit in order to reply: dont worry I would NEVER! never ate at ur location and after today I never will. Any reputable business after been made aware of the error would have corrected or refunded if it's something they couldn't fulfill. I dont know what kind of system you're working with that doesnt allow you to modify an order with something so simple as switching from puck up to delivery. This whole thing is absurd and I don't know who you spoke with but after the ordeal I lost my appetite and I promise you it wasnt me!And eww your attitude is disgusting and I'm glad I wasnt able to get food from your place today. I like my food made with love not whatever you got going on...
I can't speak for their full menu but their pizza is of the absolute highest quality. You will not be disappointed by their pizza, it's so good. 5 star pizza.
If you are looking for a great neighborhood restaurant two cousins downtown are top-notch.Their food is outstanding and the staff are second to none
