Wonderful visit on the deck on a recent Sunday afternoon. Waiter was great. Explained items & offered suggestions.A daily special of Chicken & Cheese Fried Taquitos w Spicy Salsa. Burger with Blue Cheese & Bacon + Pressed Cuban Sandwich. See menu photos posted.Dessert was a delicious slice of carrot cake. Recommend to all.
Not impressed, too dark and dreary inside, especially need to update the atrium dining area which reminded me of a old haunted mansion with all the dark brown window trim dark wooden floor and old dusty fake plants sitting on the fireplace. Waitress never came to check if we needed anything after serving us, No s/p shakers on the tables. Food was a bit disgusting too, be ready for a big clumped up melted wod of cheese and fries sitting atop your steak salad
Where to start. I was headed somewhere else that was listed as open but had already closed. Then went to head to a different place just to find it closing. I was looking for local rather than chain and so this is where I ended up. Should have gone to the chain restaurant. Upon arrival, there were about 8 tables and 3 waiters, it still took about 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Finally got a table, a long time to have my order taken. I don’t know what possessed me to ask about a couple things on the menu but I asked if it was made by the restaurant or frozen. The waiter went o ask and returned saying it was frozen. This occurred with a couple of things on the menu. I was going to end up with a salad (how can that go wrong?) just to find out they only had field greens left which I don’t like. Finally settled on a meal of mozzarella sticks which tasted as if they were frozen and had been heated up. Water that I ordered prior to ordering my meal came with the meal. Had to ask twice for the check. Considering there were 3 waiters for about 8 tables upon my arrival and was less tables as my time there continued, I’m not sure why it was so slow.
Great place, delicious food and excelent service. Highly recommended. We ordered the chicken kabobs and the Greek salad with grill chicken. It was amazing!!!
Excellent lunch. Philly cheesesteak was huge! Pittsburgh Steak salads were enough for teo people! No reason to leave hungry! Def would eat again!!!
We were a group of 15 in town for a show at the American Music Theatre, and had researched ahead of time for a non-chain restaurant who could accommodate us on a Saturday evening. Well, The Brasserie far exceeded our expectations. Not only were they very accommodating, the food and service was excellent! Our server, Tricia, was superb. The meals came out hot, and delicious. Everyone in the group were still talking about it the next day at the hotel. Most definitely worth going to if in the Lancaster area.
Very pleasantly surprised. Knew nothing about it, just that it was open on Sunday. The baked tomato soup was excellent. Also had the grilled cheese, . Tons of cheese on nice bread. Good service. Would go again
Good food, nice atmosphere
Hubby and I returned after three months. Tonight, we had Sue as a server. She was high high high high high. Helium has nothing on this girl. Outside of taking our order, we saw her one time. The food was amazing. We had potato skins, tomato bisque, fish and chips and Louisiana shrimp. If you get Sue as a server, DEMAND another server.
This is our "go-to" restaurant. We were so happy that the Brasserie survived the pandemic and it seems like their food has gotten even better. They are so consistent with their menu and the food they make...my wife and I have never said "it wasn't as good this time." Their food is even amazing as take-out! Somehow the fries stay crispy and fresh.
