Taylor Chip Cookies ? is wonderful, Colorful ,creative, Innovative, a great place to visit. We ordered custom Cookie cake, and cookie assorted combo box. Taste amazing, Shop is very tidy, management is friendly. The Owner Douge and Sarah are both hardworking faithful person, a definitely new rising star ? Would recommend this place for families.
Wow! Just amazing cookies. Biggest cookies ever and so oooey and gooey. My personal fave so far is the salted carmel pretzel cookie with choc chip a close 2nd. Wish I knew about this place before! I will stop everytime I am in Lancaster from now on!

So worth it. Have heard so much about this place, some good, some not so favorable so decided to try it out ourselves. What a delight. As for price, perhaps a little pricey, but very generous portion size, as in three people can easily share one cookie. So far we nibbled on the Oreo, white choco mac nut and sugar and all were delicious. Hard to say which was our favorite because they all were delectable. Soft yes, but not under done in any way. Great once every six month splurge because it's going to take us that long to work off all the calories from this visit. I would recommend a visit.
Not bad. I only encountered one staff member during my visit and she was helpful and friendly. The environment is very cute and clean. They get a 3, however, because of the cookies. They don’t taste bad, but if you don’t like overly sugary cookies, DONT come here. The cookies are expensive but only mediocre. You have to ask for them to warm the cookies…. Isn’t that the whole point? That they’re warmed?? Whatever, I asked and she did. It’s ok but if you aren’t a cookie lover then don’t waste your money.
I have to agree with previous review. I placed an order 2/19 and still no word on it even being processed yet, just that it was received. I realize there are supply shortages, but I would have expected that to at least have been advertised,
I would love to actually review the cookies if I ever get them. The website states that you should expect about 10 business days fulfilment times. Fulfilment by definition includes processing to delivery. Order Fulfillment Cycle Time refers to the time it takes from a customer placing an order to them having it in their hands. I ordered these cookies on February 9, 2022. That is 2 1/2 weeks and 13 business days ago and these cookies haven't even shipped as of February 25, 2022. The company only ships Mon-Thurs so the earliest that I can expect these cookies to ship is Monday February 28, 2022. That is three weeks to ship and doesn't count for the time to delivery. I really hope these cookies are worth it. It is unlikely that I will order from them again.
I was traveling through the area and made a detour to specifically stop here due to their social media posts. I was not disappointed. The cookies are great and huge. The staff was pleasant and filled my order quickly. I hope I'll get through this way again.
These cookies are amazing. In fact the most amazing cookies I've ever had. I ordered some for us and some friends. Our friends loved them. Look at their Instagram page and if you like what you see, chances are you are gonna love them. It did take awhile to get them as you would expect with a good product with excellent marketing (and a labor shortage), but good things come to those that wait. I see some reviews on here with 3 or 4 stars because of the inside, slightly undercooked texture; if you don't like that, why order them then bash them? They make this deliciously obvious in their marketing. The cookies are great. Especially the PB&J; my goodness....I put 2 of them in the oven and had them with some vanilla bean ice cream. You will feel guilty after eating them, but they are awesome. Will be ordering more soon.
