It wasn't a great service. First, I asked for a supreme soft taco, and it barely had any sour cream in it. And as we went to leave, we found out that we can not exit out of the main door. We had to exit out the side door. The cashier said that the lobby is closed now. The cashier never said that the lobby was closing nor was there a sign on the door that display the hours.

I mean the foods good. But the employees are pitiful. Don't get me wrong I know it's not healthy, but I love some taco bell, but I'm lucky if I can be there and out in under 30 minutes. Just sat in a drivethrkugh for twenty minutes for them to tell they were closed and then proceeded to take the order of the car behind me. Absolute disappointment. Consider this a 0 star.
So we bought 25$ of food, a soft taco box, a number 7, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 potato soft tacos, and 2 chicken chipotle burrito’s. They gave us one of each burrito, so we went back, and told them what was missed, they hand me a bag with only 1 more burrito. How on earth can you want to be paid good money and then mess up the order a second time? Tomatoes on the soft taco asked to not have tomatoes, missed food… like wheres your pride or care for the customers?
Good place to go to eat as usual.They don't sell the nacho fries though.Still hurt about that.Big fan of that.But they have a chipotle chulupa that tastes pretty good.This place has a way of never letting the drive thru pile up,and that's a great thing.So it seems like they have a good team working up in there.
This time around we did not like the everything about our visit. I had the ranch chipotle chicken without the corn chips... It was soo empty like it was like chips was the main ingredient.. And the wait was not bad for fresh food . but make it worth it.. Will try again in a week or so and hopefully i can give a better review
This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been at. I don't know why I ever take a chance and think my food will be done in a fast food time. There is no sense of urgency in a single employee it is always at least a 15 minute wait. I currently have been waiting 20 minutes for 2 Tacos! There are 5 employees one guy ahead of me and 3 cars in drive through...unacceptable
They are always slow here or closed and seem open. Went here on a Monday at 2pm and they seemed open. Stayed in the drive through for 20mins nobody answered. They are missing out on so much business at least 10 cars were in the drive through for a closed Tacobell! This Tacobell was good before they remodeled.
if I could give 0 starts I would in a heartbeat. I ordered on the app at 2:30 with a pick up time of 2:39. I chose drive-thru pick up. When I pulled up to the window they told me to pull around and come inside so I did and went up to the counter and told them my name. They said "ok well get it to you shortly". Half an hour goes by and people are coming in and getting served and I still don't have my food. I went up to the counter a second time and they still didn't have my food ready. They said they would make it next. ANOTHER half hour goes by and at this point I'm beyond frustrated. I go up AGAIN and tell them that if my order isn't being made right now I'm just going to cancel it so I did. What a waste of an hour. I'm not an impatient person and I get it they were busy, but in my opinion, if a customer comes up to you and says they've been waiting for HALF AN HOUR (let alone a whole hour) their order should be made next. My order wasn't big so it shouldn't have been such a huge deal to make it. The staff just didn't seem to care at all. They made me feel like my order was an inconvenience. When I walked in there were 8 people working in the kitchen so they weren't understaffed. If you're looking for *fast* food, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go to the one in Kendig Square in Willow St. Their customer service is 100x better than it is here. It might be further away, but at least you'll actually get your food in a reasonable time. Thank God their food is decent because that's the only thing they have going for them at this Taco Bell. Honestly, whoever owns/manages the Taco Bell on Lincoln Highway should be ashamed of their staff because this was just blatant laziness. Absolutely ridiculous.
So I'm not sure what is going on at this Taco Bell but it is always a long wait and they are always put out of something. What I can say is the cashier that works the window is super friendly every single time I have been there just seems that the staff inside is super disorganized.
