No matter how many times i order for pick up they ALWAYS mess up my order. I along with some other things ordered a craving pack and they managed to give us 1 taco & 1 burrito. My boyfriend was told everything was in the bag and when we got home thats all that was in the bag plus the other 2 things we ordered. All the food was so cold and soggy even after it was “supposedly” made when he arrived to pick it up. We didn’t even bother to go back or call because people there always have an attitude. Its really not that hard to follow directions come on Taco Bell do better.
Very slow employees. I have seen toddlers move faster. In a rush to take your order, but not to serve you your food. Spoke to a door dash driver while waiting, he stated the wait is always long at this location.
I am going with food vs. price here. The price is too high for the quality of food they put out. The food is lukewarm if we're lucky. Secondly, it's not up to par. It tastes extremely salty and the steak Supreme chalupas are definitely not what they once were. I'm also disappointed with the dismissal of the Mexican pizza though it seems that had lost its taste as well. The only item worth getting is the mountain dew baja blast.I understand the rising prices are due to our current economic state but at least make it worth it. I feel y'all are selling short from what you used to be.
This location is the worst in Lancaster County! The orders are never correct. They always miss the drinks for online orders. If they don't have something they just send it out with the delivery driver anyway and don't even tell them or the customer! Absolutely pathetic business! Everyone in the city who figured it out are ordering from other locations to have delivered instead of this location. I oredered a number 6 and 2 of the crispy chicken avacoados and i got 3 soft tacos and 2 chalupas one of them was open and all the stuff inside was in the bag and when i call it goes straight to fax line if your employees cant do their job right then they need to be fired this is the 3rd time this has happened and went on sunday night and the manager closed drive thru at 855 and for the people waiting in line she rejected them i was in line at 850 got 2 cars away from ordering only to be turned away 4 min before they close
There was new management! The drive thru line moved super fast! The food was accurate and hot and delicious! Highly recommend going back for a better experience then your past.
Legitimately with full staff missed multiple items of what I ordered and it took almost 25 minutes to get. I don't know how bad you gotta be to take all the time in the world to mess up everything in one order. This specific taco bell is the worst in the county.
Long wait in the drive thru, only immediate option. They could have staff come out to facilitate instead of 1 order at a time. No fault of the employees but they also didn't have the ingredients 2 complete my order
Order was correct and hot just waiting time in the drive thru took forever.
Dinning room closed.i guess they are still playing pandemic.they took my order wrong.did not give me the right change.they ask if I need sauce.they forgot.forgot my drink.next time I'll stay home and make my own tacos.
