I am not one to leave reviews normally but felt I needed to…We walked in and the first thing we noticed was the toppings all over the floor as we had to step around them to get to the yogurt machine. Chocolate syrup all over the floor in many spots. Topping bar an absolute mess. There were 3 counter girls doing nothing… well, 2 were actually eating the toppings as the other was on her cellphone. Not one of them was cleaning, or doing anything for that matter, except eating. I have never seen employees pick food from the toppings bins and then eat with their bare hands… and, they were leaning over them as well… on their elbows with hands in the bins. We watched in disgust for maybe a minute, then turned around and left, headed to Menchie’s, where it was clean and the people actually acknowledged the customers and worked. Doubtful we will return to this sweet frog.
This place is cool. You self-serve your yogurt/ice cream and then add whatever toppings you want from their toppings bar. They weigh your cup and you pay by weight. My kids loves the experience. So many choices!
my kids and I love sweet frogs. I will give an honest review though. I don't think it's very clean and staff isn't always friendly. That's not to say everyone of course but I have came across some unfriendly staff. This place could be a lot better..honestly its sad.
We have been to this Sweet Frog location in the past and have had a good experience. We stopped by on 4/5/22 and found the place a mess. There was trash on the sticky floor and the toppings were strewn around the holders. The young lady behind the register seemed to be clueless, more interested in her phone then cleaning up. It was not busy so she should have been cleaning the area. I tried to get whipped cream and it sputtered. Oh yeah, she said. It's empty. The manager should be aware that their help needs more training. I hope this is addressed because we'd like to come back.

the fro yo is ready good and they have a diverse selection of toppings, flavors,, and combos. the girl at the counter was so sweet! prices are fair as they weigh your cup. my only complaint is that it was very messy however it was the end of the night
Menchie’s Froyo is literally the best froyo spot.
