Don’t even bother with this subway. Save yourself the misery and drive another 5 minutes to any of the other ones in Lancaster County. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, I mean I get it, it’s a Subway what should I expect. I expect at least a hint of professionalism. Only one couple and my 3 sons in line. The one woman working freaks out and walks away and then out into the dining room to sit for her break, or did she quit on the spot? Who knows. That left one guy working. When asked how many subs and I said 4 (literally one foot long and six inch and two kids subs) he sighs and rolls eyes. He makes the subs, which took all of 5 minutes. I tell him exactly what we needed for drinks which again, we already had two kids meals. So it was a small drink, Gatorade and a water. Apparently it confused him. Once I paid I asked for my small cup and I get a point and “there” for me to grab my own cup behind the plastic partition by the register. And I’m not sure if management looks at these or not, I’d assume not but maybe some re-training to the two employees you had working on the evening of May 2nd would go a long way. Avoid this disaster at all costs, obviously poorly run with disrespectful and lazy employees.

staff was unprofessional, cannot follow simple instructions. Upon making the wrong sub manager did not want to accept that he had made the mistake and tried to blame other reasons for the sub not being made correctly. However refused to make me a sub the way I had ordered it. do not recommend. highly incompetent.
Always fast and friendly even when they're busy. The beautiful blonde with the septum piercing should be running her own store. I stop everytime I'm in the area.
October 22nd 4:30 pm. Walked in. Someone was making a sub (either for themself or uber eats) as I was the only one in the store. They looked up, finished the sub then went to the back for 5+ min and never said a word to me. I then left. And yes they saw me, I was wearing high visibility construction gear

I definitely enjoyed this subway in this area. For some reason they had different or more options to chose from then the other ones I have went to in lancaster. And there's a Rita's right next to it so after eating I definitely enjoyed some ice cream with my fiance. Perfect spot if you ask me.
I really like their tuna foot long.
It’s 8:30 and the girl ran over shut the light off and locked the door. Guess hours mean nothing.
Food and service was good but the ice dispenser was moldy. I did tell the staff and they didn’t seem concerned and did not address this in a timely manner as multiple customers tried to use it after they were made aware.
