Had a turkey sub, gentleman behind the counter was fast and friendly 8/10
currently has signs up complaining they can't find employees and blames unemployment benefits helping workers who have suffered due to the pandemic. Perhaps workers have found better paying jobs or jobs with better schedules. Maybe, just maybe the issue is the franchises hourly rate, benefits, schedule.

Went in for a quick bite and this kid behind the counter looked at me then completely ignored me. I was the only one there trying to order and I waited for him to say something. Walked out without getting anything.
The girl in charge when to check her hours on the register and messed up the whole system.My subs were already made and they refused to take my gift card. I had practically already paid for these subs and they still wouldn’t give them to me.I work in the food industry, and if something is of your error, you give the food away to your customer. They were just going to throw the subs away anyway. The loss would have been the same.I had to have someone drive from my house to drop off cash to me. It took 30 minutes for them to sort everything out. It was ridiculous.The owner of this Subway loves to boast that their a “local small business”. What a joke.Go to any other Subway.
