The women that works the opening is rude to me an the other male employee that was working. He did a great job. She needs fired.
They won't let you use the restrooms to wash your hands before you eat. Rude about it also.
Absolutely horrendous customer service this morning (I think she said her name was either Vira and Viru). I’ve never seen anything like it. No greeting, just stared at me when it was my turn, had an attitude the entire time, made the sandwich sloppy. It was so bad that I said something to her and asked for her name to complain. I never do that, but what the heck. So bad. Man oh man, you should not be in customer facing role if you hate people.
Customer service was poor. Unaccomadating and when question was asked, they looked at us like whatevere
I was constantly calling this location, no answer. Thought they were closed until I showed up while still calling the store and the guy is on his phone , ignoring the call. What a great worker. 8/23/21 3:18pm.
Great sandwich...
Understaffed,and unknowledgeable workers.Forget about using the restroom.Staff can't leave the register.Highly recommended for seniors who can wait 30 mins.
Zero customer service!! Stood at the counter and never was acknowledged
Took alittle while to wait on us so for 2 subs n soup it took a half hour but he was polite and friendly it really wasnt his fault though he was working by himself
The young man was slow and clueless and the old man was rude and didnt listen to what I wanted. He also overcharged me for food and argued with me about it
