I just want to say Silvia is amazing. She made mine and my husband's day. Aside from being energetic and sweet. She's thorough! I also appreciate her demeanor handling a Karen that was making her job extremely hard. Silvia did not deserve that treatment! However she rose above and held her composure, and that speaks volumes. Your boss should be very much applicative of a model employee as yourself! Take care until the next time.
The manager here needs to be fired or the or the owner needs to do something. 3 seperate occasions iv come in as a door dash driver on dofferent days and there is only 1 employee working a 8 to 10 hour shift by themselfs. Let me say the employees are amazing work quick and could each probably run a store. Someone do something for the employees sake.

This subway is the stepchild out of the other subway's ( same owner) this guy owns like 4 around the city and this one on Queen st gets no love
I love subway and I am a customer. I came to use the bathroom without buying anything and I was not allowed to use the bathroom. The lady was so rude. She told me she is not cleaning any drugs or blood in that bathroom again. I was just coming in and I do not understand why I was treated that way. If I am a customer and the one day I do not purchase food, should I be disrespected? Either lock the bathroom or leave them open. But don't let someone disrespect your customers. She has no right to treat people in that manner. She has no right to talk to customers in that manner. She was yelling at me.train your workers.
been to this location a couple times . Had amy before always had good experiences with her . Was always nice to me .Came here for lunch before heading to work .At first things were going well was nice and patient with the older subway staff member with glasses .She ran out of ones . She asked if we had any , she was alone by herself . I said no just my debit card . She went in the back and got the cash and put in the register .I told her no worries I also work in retail so I understand.I paid for my meal and I was generous and left a decent tip . I sat in the back with my food near the bathrooms . I ate my food . After I finished I threw my wrappers away in the front . And went back towards my stuff near the bathrooms and she asked me “can I help you ma”am. “ ??And I said “I’m going to use the bathroom quick “She said “you can’t do that unless your a customer “I said to her … “I literally just bought a meal here from you…” she said “okay… I didn’t recognize you “ and I walked to the bathroom . (How did you not recognize me … I understand you get busy but dude you had to have seen the wrappers in my hand .. smh ) she was saying some stuff to other customers as I was walking towards the bathroom mind you ….Anyway I come out of the bathroom and I show her the water bottle and my card and I said … seee it was me , I did buy a meal . She said “I apologized 3 times . Stop taking things so “personal” . I thought to myself you know what I don’t have time for this I have a job to get to this lady is not worth it . I rolled my eyes and left . And she said something smart as I was walking out the door … go figure !!She is plain out RUDE ! Most of them expect for Amy is RUDE ! Amy was my only decent experience there and the guy who I think is the manager or the owner .I get you can’t control customers . But get ahold of your staff ….never going there again ….Horrible customer service !!!
Very nice. Respectful Employee that satisfied me and made sure my order was everything that I asked for.
Customer service definitely depends on WHO is working at this location. One day (depending on who is working) everything is great. Good enough to tip the staff. On 12/10/21 9:30am this was not the case. The attendant working on this day was very rude and acted like she didn't want to work. NO ONE likes subway more than me , this particular store which just 72 hours ago was my favorite now has because an established that I will never step foot in again. I got the impression that this particular attendant only treats CERTAIN people this way. Its a good thing i wasn't hangry. I just have a sense of respect that wont allow me to act foolish EVEN when its warranted.

I used to like this location cause it was convenient, but the past several times I’ve come in before work, they haven’t had what I needed. I get that y’all are busy but all I ask for in there is the cookies and there is never any ready or only 1 ready. It makes me not wanna come here if I know I'm gonna end up leaving empty handed. Again, I know y’all get busy but it’s not really asking too much and when I do ask, the employees are dismissive about it.
