They need our support n patience because it's crazy busy and they don't have enough employees to help, so I'm patient n greatful for the service and the food n great location ?
Clean and spacious with comfortable seating, great place to have lunch meetings or a date.. quiet and pleasant employees.
The sandwiches are always very good. The only way to get my correct order is to go in person. If I order on line the order is incorrect. Also, the young woman waiting on me was already helping the people behind me before she finished my order. I didn't like that. She could have waited a few more seconds before helping the other party.
Fast service, friendly. Always have orders ready on time for online order pickup.
Extremely disrespectful staff. Snarky remarks the entire time my sandwich was being made. The girl making my sandwich forgot to tell the cashier that I wanted extra cheese so instead of admitting her mistake she made the comment that they have to watch out for customers trying to sneak in extra things instead of paying for it. Disrespectful immature trashy kids ruin this subway.
I made a mistake and put mayo on my husband's sub thinking it was mine and the worker worked on removing and replaced the cheese that had it on. Thank you ?
So its not the food I dislike its how they pay there employees 9 an hr is bad for these times we live in and the need for employees are at its highest and all you can offer is 9 an hr.
Would have been a five start because it was very clean and modern..... However you had a young female employee talking the store and it's manager down. About how she was going to quit and how this and that is wrong and old and even as far as how she refuses to make cookies fresh (she said they have been sitting since Tuesday and we were there a Friday) for a male patron who orders cookies every week for a Friday pickup. If I were him I would have been so upset to find out. She even brought another subway employee in and compared their stores. The one young man on duty also stated he was giving his two weeks. I feel sorry for the manager. Clearly something needs to be worked on..... Not very good customer skills

Was hungry for a sub and I decided to go to this Subway. 1stvtime here. Pretty nice and the clerks were friendly
