Can not say Thank you enough to Elvin and the staff at Stubby's. After a last minute change of plans, we attended a basketball tournament in Spooky nook. I called the day before our arrival and asked if there was anyway they could accommodate a party Of 27. And he said "absolutely". Everything was great, he sat us on their back patio. We had the whole space to ourselves, he set up a buffet of pizza, stromboli, wings, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, French fries and a salad. So good!!! Definitely will promote this business to other teams, as spooky nook is a very popular tournament venue. Thank you again for everything! Lady stingray's, Staten island ny
Obviously one of the best spots for locals and out of towners- the food is good too. Like, good portions and cooked well.It really says something about the establishment, when there's the same employees for years and years.
Good food but OUTSTANDING service. Gratitude and appreciation to all servers, staff, management and owner for attentive service and making us feel like you were glad we were there-and keeping our beer glasses full!:)
Hidden gem. Great food, Reasonable prices & plenty of TV's. Got the Stromboli., Bit of a long wait for it, but definitely worth it. Definitely recommend
Stubby’s is our local place to grab late night food and it never disappoints! Their appetizers are fantastic (especially the onion rings and mozzarella sticks) and their drinks are always well made! We even have come here just for dinner a few times and have always had a good experience with both the food and drinks being delicious and the service being quick and friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re in this part of town!
Enjoyed a late lunch on Stubby's Patio. The entrance is just past the door to pick up to-go orders. It looks a bit intimidating: dark, hard to see what you are walking into. The patio, however, is delightful. Our waiter was personable and a pleasure to deal with. We got the loaded nachos with chicken. It is huge and is what I always order. Best nachos anywhere! We also got side salads which were fresh and crisp, again as good or better than you can get any where. Stubby's is a little gem in our neighborhood.
Too nice to be called a dive, this place has all of the comfort food and classic drink menu that you need. A great spot for locals with no frills and a clean sports bar interior
The restaurant is on the corner of the street, but business is good, it's only 5:30pm and it seems that all the tables are full. The beef in the mini burger was great, I had the BBQ chicken wings and it seemed ok.
Awesome experience. We had a large group with 9 and we're seated right away. Extremely accommodating to their guests and the food was phenomenal! Will be back for sure!
