I don't even drink coffee I went in there for a capital P. Can you believe they said that I needed to buy a coffee or something to use the bathroom? Oh I used the bathroom. And casually walked out with not anyone saying a dang thing. I was traveling from Baltimore to Pittsburgh.

The staff is always so sweet here! They must have some seriously high standards for who they hire. Everyone is very nice!

Fanastic customer service! I totally goofed and placed a mobile order to a different Lancaster location; I'm from out of town. They verfired I had paid, asked me to call the other store, and made me my drinks before the trip back home. Thank you!

Love this location! The energetic barista Lucy brought a ray of sunshine to my afternoon. The staff here is very welcoming, always greeting their customers with a smile. They clearly value the brand. The best part about Starbucks coffee is that it brings people together.

I stopped going to the Willow Street location because they usually make errors with my order. Not sure how you can mess up an order when l order what’s on the menu and don’t change or substitute anything. I went back today and as usual for this location another error. I have been calling them for over 30 minutes and the line is busy. Other complaints possibly? Guess it will be a see ya later for now and try other locations.

Started coming to this Starbucks cause the one down the street from me continued to miss the bar on making my simple drink and now it looks like I will have to part ways with Starbucks completely. Never have I gotten my simple iced coffee the way I order it, more times than once I had to ask to have it fixed before leaving and today was the worst. When paying $6 for a coffee, u kind of expect it to be right… I am just not sure why it is so hard to make a sweet cream iced coffee that is on the menu ?

Received two perfect drinks quickly after ordering, even though it was busy. Also, witnessed another customer spill their drink on themselves (not at all the fault of the Starbucks employees!), and one of the baristas immediately grabbed them napkins and remade their drink for free. Top notch here!

Visited the location several times and service has been hit or miss. Simple orders have been completed and friendly staff experiences have occurred.However, some of the staff have superiority complexes. When errors are made there aren’t efforts to compensate. Recently, there was a misunderstanding in our order, but no effort to give a free pump of flavor or anything, besides blaming it on a lunch rush and giving a “hope you come back”.Those .50 or so cents of retail value go a long way to saying “hey, you’re not just a number to us”. A bad experience is a bad experience regardless of who’s fault. No need for free drinks and food, just show some humility or take an extra step.

This is the 2nd time I've come to this location there seems to be every time in the morning times when I come to this location that the drive-through have high priority the customer inside is waiting.( I'll say that to be polite) to say that it's because I'm black that should be a waste of time. I'm still standing at waiting for my coffee and a sandwich, as I stand there and wait eventually the representative who served me at the registered notice that my coffee wasn't being made stop everything he was doing to make my coffee. Thank you Starbucks on Good Friday And my coffee is not made right They have 6 people in the drive thru one person on the register and 2 people in the back room But it's not a Starbucks issue the issue is the management.

We really enjoyed this place. Drinks and food were good. Nice location. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
