STARBUCKS _ Crossings at Conestoga is one the best. The staff is always friendly, service is accurate , fast and they make the best London Fog of all the Starbucks
I am a very loyal customer (everyday), and I just had a terrible customer service experience at this particular Starbucks. My card declined, knowing I have money in my card (no idea why it declined), and they wouldn’t honor my drink. I drove all the way out at 4:30am to get my favorite drink and they treated me like I was an alien. They just stared at me. I offered another card with $5 on it, which didn’t cover the entire cost of the drink. In my opinion, they should have honored my drink. I know it may sound petty but like I said I’m an extremely loyal customer and I think the service should have been way better.
Shoutout to Ryan and Darion my fave baristas! But this is the best Starbucks ever. Not just in PA. I moved out of state and I love when I visit. The team in general is amazing. The cleanest, nicest, best drinks Starbucks periodt.
I was picking up coffee for myself and a snack for my son. Drive through line was long but kept moving. I enjoy the engagement with the customer by asking an ice breaker Question of the day at the end of the transaction. Makes the experience more personable. The staff inside is also pleasant to deal with for the times I've ordered inside. Great team!
They took my new fave drink away. It was a seasonal unfortunately. I should have never started with Starbucks bc they are always on my mind now. I take my kids to the park. Gotta get a white mocha or a toasted white mocha. Running errands. Have to have Starbucks. Recently I let my kids try the cake pops. They are on point with their service. Only experienced one mistake and they had no issue offering a correction. Excellent service. I just wish the drinks were less expensive. I have noticed the prices raised lately too. Other than price, they have some tasty drinks.
Starbucks in general: Love their oatmilk latte. Hate the long lines and that they have so few vegan options. The Crossings specifically: Love their staff and their baristas make the best drinks of all the local shops I visit.

Though pricey, the drinks are great and the bacon egg bites are awesome. The drive is very busy but the people who work there work exceptionally hard to make wait as short as possible. The ladies know me by name and know my order. The workers are so nice .
Never go early in the morning. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the window and not only was my order wrong. But it wasn't ready. I would've had to wait another 5 minutes. Long story short I didn't get my coffee.
Very pleasant and upscale location. We just had chai latte and a pastry but then it's Starbucks. Service was professional and timely. Add in some coffee house charm to round the whole experience out.
