New and modern Starbucks location that is clean and convenient if you are exploring downtown Lancaster.
We go to this Starbucks after our morning walk Monday through Friday. It is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly. The manager, Carmen, is friendly and you note she is respected by her team.

Nice clean store, customer service was great, and coffee was on point. Parking was a little difficult as it's in downtown but good location and store overall.
Love Starbucks but this day was bad experience. They were out of everything it felt like I was in a bad dream lol... no but honestly it was one of my first bad memories with Starbucks. Need people that can actually do the Job and tend to people's needs
Why the hell is this here when there are 5 local great coffee shops within 5min or less walking distance. Really people? It is sad that there is one in the city. I hope it closes soon.
I had a really nice experience at Starbucks on Queen. The baristas were very helpful when I couldn't remember the drink I had ordered, and were friendly and professional. It was a spotless store.
