This location is my getaway when I need some me time.
Have been to this location many times over the last months and is by far my personal favorite in Southern PA. The personnel are always extremely polite and have a cheerful disposition that alone could really brighten up your day! The inside is quite spacious compared to most and an ambiance that makes it's users right at home. 10/10 Highly recommend.
Staff is always super friendly and greets your personally. The manager even remembers your name!
I come here all the time, like once a week, and I always get the same thing: a caramel frappucino. I always get it the same way, and I always ask to sub mocha drizzle for caramel drizzle. The word SUB is key. I’m not asking for extra drizzle, I’m just asking for mocha drizzle instead of caramel. But when you get it this way, Starbucks has rigged their system to charge you 60 cents extra for the substitution. So basically they’re charging you twice for the same amount of drizzle. So I’ve asked to have them push “special request” instead, so I don’t get charged twice for the same amount of drizzle. The last time I went, I was told they will no longer do this for me, that from now on, I will get charged twice for one order of drizzle. it’s just pure greediness.
The employees here are always super nice and helpful. This place always makes my day better
Staff is friendly. Always busy at this location but the line moves fairly quick.
What a joke of a business, I drive a half an hour out of my way just to come to this location because they left Google Maps saying that they were open today on till 9 p.m., and after getting here, I find them clothes, you guys should be more considerate to your customers and update your business hours, let people know when you're close, it literally says you're open on Google Map.
Today Hot Caramel Latte tasted like luke warm milk. Had to return the drink. Second drink tasted like luke warm, milk with a shot of caramel in it. I developed a habit of attending this drive thru around the corner from my home on a daily basis. Multiple times in the last 2 weeks the drinks were terrible, or completely incorrect. Today, I contacted the manager after the second horrible drink and instead of making it right, she warned me that the barista was working tomorrow. I am totally done with this location. Check your drinks and orders before you depart. They have a huge turnover of employees. I won't be returning.
