Love the Quarter Pounder foot long chili cheese dog, great value. If you don't believe me, go to Wayback and order their version of a chili cheese dog then compare price, size and quality. You'll agree with me.
Chili tasted old on chili tots they had to be tossed but other then that food came quick and was good for what we paid. Hit the spot.
Awesome customer service. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or the pull in. Even on a really busy days. Sprite Zero is always great along with everything else.
Though the staff was friendly, I was shocked how little chili came on our 3 extra long chili coney deals, just barely enough to give it some flavor. We've been coming there for many years, and if this continues, they have lost a customer. There was barely and chili on the dogs, nor the taters. If you want to call it a chili cheese coney, then give the customers chili.
If I could do a 0 star I would. First when I ordered the owner, who was the only person working, did not give me straws. Then when I got home to drink my milkshake I found a hair in my milkshake. When I called to see about a refund or even just a replacement the owner argued with me saying that it wasn’t possible like I am making this up for the fun of it. She needs to work on her customer service.
The best real banana milkshakes ever! This Sonic has it together... fast turnaround from the time I placed the order until it was brought to my car. Clean around the building too! It's really a busy location on Lincoln Highway Lancaster PA. This is a high tourist area. Oh BTW, you have a choice to eat in your ? car and in warmer weather, there are picnic tables nearby.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, ordered a patty melt and it was probably the worst burger I've ever eaten..... they didn't even toast the Texas toast bread and the cheese was not melted, it was almost as if it was just thrown together .. everyone else enjoyed the food they ordered,first time experiencing sonic and woooah left highly disappointed! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!
we drove off without part of the and Leo came running after us to try to catch us. when we went back instead of making us wait in line he brought it out to us with a smile. great job leo
I'm so glad Sonic open back up in my in my area. I was so upset when I saw that shut down during covid. That is the one in brownstown PA and Lancaster PA down by Lincoln highway. I sure do miss the toasted marshmallow blast. There's so many things on the menu it's hard to choose but it's always good to go to my favorite, the Sonic bacon cheeseburger! Yummy!!! ??
I'm from ms and we have Sonics everywhere and they are always packed... this one however never is when I pass by and i can see why it dont get service... the Sonics I'm used to has fresh food.. they make it after you order it not sell cold and tasteless food! I went a second time to see if it was the crew... nope both times I was very disappointed! Please do better... no one likes to spend their hard earned money on cold food nor waste their time ordering it!
