Both ladies on 6/26/2022 2PM EST need to get fired. They are rude, will not make you want to come back, and are destroying the reputation and revenue of this store. Management do the right thing and let them go.
This is one of the better locations. The prices keep going up but the quality is still there if you are trying to avoid grease.
I accidentally ordered to this location because i live a little over 20 minutes away which is a long drive for a salad and i had ordered a cobb salad without tomatoes but when i got home realized they took out the avocado and left the tomato ? Wouldn’t refund me said i would only get a free salad at only that location after i said i live so far away. After reading the other reviews i should have just cancelled my order this place seems awful. wasted $15 for a gross salad
Centerville-too loud music. No butter or margarine. Womens bathroom door didn’t lock. Sometimes soda machine is down. Employees not friendly
We’ve been to this location many times but it seems like as of lately the service just is not there. I went in today and purchased two salads, a wrap and a bowl of soup. Two girls were helping me, the first girl made my husbands salad, a bbq crispy chicken ranch, at which time another girl came up and started working on the rest of my order so I didn’t get a chance to see what the first girl was doing. ONLINE IT STATES THAT THE STORE CLOSES AT 8 PM. WE ENTERED THE FACILITY AT 6:45 WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE CLOSING FOR THE DAY AND MY FAMILY WAS NOT ABLE TO DINE IN .Every time we come to Salad works we spend over 40 dollars on a meal. I felt very rushed. Im highly disapointed that I dragged my family out to have a sit down dinner and was told No. FIX your hours!
The food is wonderful here. Disabled and asked for assistance getting food to table and staff complied. Not very friendly but fresh and good food.
I ordered through Uber eats and paid $18 for a salad combo. They didn't give me the soup or roll. The lettuce looked diarreah-inducing so I threw it away. If you can't make a fresh salad, let alone complete the order, you're completely incompetent and should be shut down. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Called to place an order for pick up- first call was declined. Called back and someone answered saying they’re ’closed’.. then why did you answer the phone? Your hours online say 10am-9pm. I called at 8pm. Nice job guys, should’ve went to the Lititz location instead.
We usually enjoy the food from saladworks, however we ordered tonight and this is what was sent to us. A steak and Swiss panini and Buffalo chicken panini both completely burnt. Who would think it’s ok to send out food like this?? My mom wouldn’t even eat the steak and Swiss- it was so dry in the middle and overdone. I shaved off the burnt part of my Buffalo chicken panini to eat it. I gave two stars only because we have enjoyed the food at other times and it was good.
