I have the same thing (bun thit nuong) almost every where I go (most recently Riverside , CA, Philadelphia, PA, Arlington, TX, just to name a few). The meat is actually grilled hence the name “nuong”. I don’t know what to make of Saigon Cafe meat. It just doesn’t look good, nor taste good. Maybe I’ll try something else not “nuong” next time. Not recommended “thit nuong” here
Their Bun Bo Hue is so good! You can taste the sour and spiciness in the broth. Love it. Finish the whole bowl and drank all the broth. Not all places served the veggies on the side with the Bun Bo Hue, but this place dose and omgah its the best to have the vegetable.
My wife and daughter love the Pho here. They had #46. I myself am not a Pho lover no matter who makes it. It's just not my thing. They have a large selection of Pho. I had the shrimp fried rice instead, which was done really well. It's like eating a side though. They make good spring rolls and their Thai tea is good too. But what I enjoyed the most was their Filipino dessert Halo-halo. Wow, was it excellent! I'd come back here just for it and of course, my wife and daughter will be happy to return again for some more Pho.

Great authentic Vietnamese food. Great portion for the price. Definitely should try the Banh Hoi for 2 ppl (fun way to make your own spring rolls). BYOB. Staff was sweet, needs to be more knowledgeable about the food though. Jasmine tea $.50.

If my son says the soup he ordered with beef balls and tripe and the spring rolls are among the best he has had, this place receives a top rating. I live in the area and will be back. The place is small..maybe 8 tables..and at 3 pm, Cafe was full. People kept coming in and were seated as soon as a table became free. Others were waiting. Pleasant service, not bothered that we ordered in stages. I'm ready for spring rolls and #56.
This place is perfection! I’ve had a lot of pho in my life and this place doesn’t disappoint! Huge menu! Warm and friendly staff with a great vibe! Wish I lived in Lancaster just to eat here more often.
This place is YUM!! My husband and I dined here today for lunch, it was awesome! Our server was super knowledgeable and recommended her favorite dishes, and she did NOT steer us wrong. Super flavorful, and way more than we could finish! Don’t walk, RUN to this establishment! We will definitely be back!!!
Staff was extremely friendly. Orders summer roll and pho dac biet. Noodles were slightly undercooked however pho was delicious. It’s a small place but it gets the job done. Plus there’s many more Vietnamese dishes in the menu. I wish this place was close to me. Overall I’d recommend
