Last evening while at RT I gave our waitress my order… which included the salad bar. When I approached the salad bar area… I noticed a male worker standing in front looking at the items under the glass window guard above. He was talking to another employee about which jalapeño peppers were hot and which were sweet. He then put his right hand (no glove on) and picked out a pepper and placed it in his mouth. He said, now I know which is which!! I was disgusted by this and ask for the manager… two of the bartenders told me this isn’t the first time this particular employee has done this and numerous other things. Our waitress even told me the same thing. The manager came over and I explained what I saw… and he said he have a talk with the employee and remove the dish the employee put his hand in… well guess what!! The manager was full of crap!! He didn’t do anything the entire time we were there. I watched and the employee continue back and forth to the salad bar area and he did it again, this time leaning his head under the glass. This isn’t the first time I had complained about something to this manager… and in my opinion he certainly doesn’t care! He shouldn’t be the manger; he should go back to bartending! Disgusted with this restaurant and we will NOT be going back!!!
Salad bar always yummy!! Pasta wasn’t like before chicken was over cooked just thrown on top! Waiter Carlos was very nice didn’t have to wait or ask for anything
Love the salad bar. Ruby Tuesday closed on Fruitville Pike and we lost our favorite waiter. He is now at the restaurant at Manor Shopping Center. Glad to be back at home. it's just a little further to go.
Beautifully maintained restaurant. We had a very attentive waiter who had everything timed perfectly! The food was hot and displayed to perfection. We will be back!
One of the last ones around in Lancaster. There specials are the best service is great. Even though they few workers because no one wants to work anymore. But I love this Ruby’s and the staff. Highly recommend it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hadn't eaten here in awhile. Looks like they changed the menu around. Good choices. Food was ok. But wow! The prices are way up!! Cost me $116 with tip for wife and I and two kids. For that price i could have eaten at Outback which has way better ribs than Tuesdays.

I ordered using the Doordash before and they messed up the order. I decided to try again today hoping for a better outcome.No, they did it again.How ignorant and incompetent you have to be to screw up a simple three items order?Avoid this place, they either don't care or they are too ignorant ( to use euphemism). to serve you well.
We have always enjoyed eating here. In the past, the service and food was good. However, yesterday we ordered Take-Out. My burger had a long strand of blonde hair in it! How did this happen? My husband’s grilled chicken sandwich was loaded with so much mayo, the wrapper tore from the wetness. He literally had to scrape off all the saturated lettuce. Worse, I was up that night with indigestion. Not sure we’ll be visiting again.
The menu has gotten smaller and Thier prices have gotten higher. They still have a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff. The salad bar is out of my price range over $4 to add it to a meal. They do offer good coupons if you sign up for them on Thier website.
