I love this place!! I'm so thankful they have lactose free options, so my husband and I can enjoy ice cream together ❤️
I will say that upon entry, I said hello how are you to the employee working at the time and she said nothing. Not a great start. However, when I was ready to order she asked me how I was doing… so I’m not sure what was going on. Anyway - the taste was very good! I had a seasonal flavor, strawberry cheesecake. I’d definitely recommend. It was a bit pricey in my opinion, but I’d say flavor justifies it. She made it right there in front of me and it turned out great. Lots of people came right after us (around 1:25pm). Would recommend!
It was a long wait just for average tasting ice cream. The presentation of the rolled ice cream was nice and the employees were friendly. My husband, daughter, and I didn’t think the taste of the ice cream was anything special. It also was expensive for the quantity.
If you have never experienced ice cream being made right in front of you. This would be the place to go and watch. Very cool how it’s done and watching how the different flavors are incorporated. Great selection of flavors, toppings and syrups. Don’t be afraid to try some of the unique one like honey lavender.
It was so "cool" to watch them actually MAKE our ice cream right in front of us. So many great combinations of toppings to choose from. Delicious to the last spoonful! They're a busy little shop, even in the winter, but they get you served as quickly as possible. Great atmosphere; loved the table games too!
It's pricey for the amount, but the start to finish product is pretty cool and definitely takes skill. The atmosphere was nice, minus towards the end of our visit. An employee who wasn't working (AGAIN she was not working, nor behind the counter) but looking to pick up hours, stood where customers do talking to the one worker behind the counter for what seemed forever. The worker didn't really partake in the conversation, but for the visitor to be an employee it was unprofessional. We ate and ran, versus hanging out and playing a game. The other worker behind the counter, who made our order, did so beautifully. Almost too pretty to eat.The response from the owner or whoever at rolled cold creamery did not make sense. No one was being trained. No one was standing behind the counter doing nothing. Both employees behind the counter were great. The VISITING EMPLOYEE is the one who brought the bad vibes.
Really great ice cream and service! Everyone was helpful and the kids enjoyed watching their ice cream being made.
It was amazing. Everything was so fresh! You could watch them make your ice cream. The staff was very friendly.
I'm so glad to have tried this place! The ice cream is DELICIOUS, the staff is so pleasant and the seating area has a good selection of fun games like Jenga, Connect Four, The Meme Game and more. It's the perfect place for an afternoon meeting or quick pick me up. I highly recommend!
Very good. So creamy and rich. We had a late night run before they closed at 10pm
