We are always so excited for Rita’s to open in the Spring and go almost immediately once they open! We have never had a bad experience at this Rita’s (unlike a few of the others we have been to) so this is our go to spot! You can’t go wrong with the Swedish Fish or Mint Chocolate Chip Italian ice!
Always have limited flavors of ice and manager belittles the women working there. Very unprofessional and will not patronize this site anymore.

I love soft ice cream. Rita's idea of a large soft ice cream is what we used to call the kiddie cone. Three spoons of ice cream and it was gone. Try Freeze and Frizz or Son's, both have at least the same product and both know that large and baby cones are two different sizes. Never patronize this sort of insulting behavior to customers.

Customer service. I had 5 items to order. The girl huffed when I asked for the last item. Are you serious? We will never return.

I have been here multiple times and waited on by a bunch of different employees and all of them have been super nice. Good italian ices and a very nice staff.
First time I pay $4.49 for an empty cup of Ice cream. Didn't want to say anything and just walked away because the employee didn't seem in a good mood and second I'm pregnant and didn't want to "overreact".
