This is the slowest Red Robin I have ever been in.... I think it may have been just the server... I sat and watched others with different servers get food... 1 reason I go to RR is the endless fries. But we sat for 1 HR and got nothing... I pushed the button for the server and also went to the front and ask for the manager.I finally got up and walked out.. We were there with others and when we left the manager brought out their food... Many were brought the wrong food... The manager never talked to them or offered a explanation..

Arrived at opening time for lunch. Very pleasant and filled up quickly. PARENTS: The spoons are top heavy for the kids milk shake cups. Beware of them spilling. The crayons were octagonal so they don't roll off the table! The staff is very nice and no matter who I asked for assistance that staff member helped me. Bathrooms were very clean with real soap not that foam stuff and real paper towels. In addition the water had the choice of hot or cold water. I'm very pleased with my time spent in this Red Robin.
Food was amazing. Although the wait for the food to be prepared was a little longer then I expected, getting an appetizer was worth it.All in all the pretzel bites were good and the burger was good as well. This is a good place to go if your having a craving for a burger. The pricing is not bad either. Good on all ends. Keep it up.
We waited over an hour to be seated and then over an hour to receive our food after we ordered. The waitress was rude and told us she didn't need this today when we asked for an ETA on our food and a refill on drinks sheet not checking on us AT ALL while we waited. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the manager that stepped in went above and beyond to make it right. As did the wonderful replacement waitress. Those 2 people were the only good things that came from that meal.

In my opinion the different flavor bottomless fries are a one trick pony.Nothing special, we couldn't even finish the fries on our plate. So the marketing idea is interesting but it doesn't work for me.Chicken tenders, that I will never buy again. Dry, no flavor.Roasted Chicken was a bit bland. Juicy but bland in flavor.Fried fish, tasted good, just Nothing that I would say WOW THAT'S GOOD!LOCATION:In a strip mall. Delicious burgers, mozzarella sticks were gooey and crisp! Screaming zombie was pretty good and Tito's blue drink was delicious! Black and bleu burger was phenomenal! Service was decent and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Very detailed decor.
Food is always good.However...Ordered online for curbside pick up. Arrived, called the number and lady said she would be right out.Watched a lady walk back and forth putting items on a shelf for curbside/deliveries. Waited 15 mins and no one ever came out. First time ever having this issue.Went in and got the food, a guy parked next to us from out of town did the same thing. He called and waited also after being told someone will be out. So he followed us in to get his food also.Kind of defeats the curbside pick up option??
First visit here. Large menu choices, refillable side dishes was a nice option. All three of us enjoyed our burgers. Salmon, teriyaki chicken and veggie burgers were all very good. Definitely be back to eat here again.
