Server was super nice but she had extremely long fake nails and did not wear gloves. Food was so so. Some tasted like it was old and had sat for a while. Also, once we got to the restaurant we were informed they were not honoring open table that day. Doubt we’ll go back

Service was none the less quick. Was seated in about 10 to 15 mins. I noticed food prices went up. But none the less is understandable. Waiter was quick to serve, but was also quick to leave without verifying that we were settled and ready to go. I also noticed that the food was somewhat rubbery and out of the ordinary for a "fresh seafood establishment". I also overheard a waitress talking about another waiter saying they are new and they dropped a glass. Practically shaming them. But none the less 3 out of 5.My advice is to work on managing staff and making sure all guests are taken care of and well organized. And also to work as a TEAM and to help others when needed.

The restaurant was short on staff. Service was slow and sparce. Waitresses were busy and I never got served my meal. Staff was very nice and apologetic.

The quality and flavor of the food was excellent, customer service was top-notch, the restaurant was very neat and clean, and the portion sizes of the food was more than generous. The menu offers many options that ranges from low-end ($12-$20) to high-end prices ($21+) per person. I ordered the 3 from the sea option for lunch, which included a choice of salad or soup, shrimp appetizer, and an entree, with a mango tea for a little less than $21. I would highly recommend this restaurant to you!

5 star service and 3 star food. There was a wait and we had limited time, so we sat at the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobster was overcooked. The shrimp was undercooked. The clam chowder was good and hot. The biscuits are the jewel of Red Lobster. The portions are getting smaller, but the prices are going up.There are limited restaurants in the area. It's not a bad place, just have catch the chef on a good day...

It's been 2 years ago snice we ate there and enjoyed it. Last week we went and the menus were falling apart, the stuffed mushrooms changed and were dry and chewy. The portions were so very small that we over ate on the biscuits which were good. The Sierra mist was without taste and I am let down. We don't get out much for a seafood dinner and this was awful. The service was quick. But the food was bad, bad, bad. Teeny tiny portions and our cost was $20 per person give or take. Our waitress was good. We tipped her well. We are not going back. Totally disappointed.

Staff seemed so happy and cheerful. Food was wonderful only complaint was my berry sangria had more syrup than alcohol but it still tasted yummy

This restaurant has changed the way it prepares it's food. Stopped going there a few years back because of the cold rubber tasting food. At this time the food comes out hot and tasty. I hope they can keep this up! Service personnel are great and deserve the tips they seek.

I took my mom here for her birthday. We both had the scallops, lobster, and 2 kinds of shrimp. It was absolutely delicious. We ate at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Even though they were short staffed, our bartender was wonderful and attentive.

We enjoyed a good evening at Red Lobster. The food was great all warm foods were hot as supposed to be.Server was curitious.Only complaint was that we could not order a family meal that serves 4 for dine in services, only available for take out.Overall great place to eat at.
