I will say the papaya was really good! I love the sauce! But, the second time I went there with my mom and sisters, it wasn’t so great, and was very bitter just caused it was out for too long before serving it. My mom said if the papaya is prepped beforehand and it’s not being used after a few days it will become bitter. I just want to write a review so that you guys don’t make the same mistake again. Overall, everything else is delicious and we’ll be back!
Not sure what happened but we used to go here all the time when it was UTHAI. For the first year of so under the name RAMARN THAI (assuming new ownership) the menu seemed basically the same and recipes unchanged. I always LOVED the fireball roll as well as the drunken noodles. The last few visits the recipes changed and the quality has been poor. The flavors are weak and the trademark spice in both the previously mentioned dishes is missing. My last order of fireball roll was not even the correct item. I called to report the miss and the team member insisted they made the right item. Will not be returning most likely.
Having lived in Thailand for many years, I know Thai curry. I ordered Panang and friend ordered red. They were exactly the same. And they were Very,Very sweet, sugar, unlike true Thai curry. Then the waiter took my money and didn’t ask about returning my change and never gave me my change! We choose Ploy Thai for authentic food and they don’t keep your change.
Tea leaf salad was new to me and awesome, I’ll be back for that alone. We had huge portions of delicious rice and noodle dishes, and the dragon sushi rolls were excellent! Great service, big menu, fantastic food.
The food it’s amazing?? I love the place and service, really nice environment. More than highly recommended
Great food, I had the veggie fried rice. My husband had the basil eggplant, he loved it, and sushi. Generous salmon on the sushi. Recommend to give it a try.

Messed up my order and refused to make it right. Lost a good customer!Respond to restaurants reply:First of all I did not ask you to make my information public - you can be sued for this. But to respond to your reply - when I got home with your order and saw that you gave me wrong rolls I called you and the manager stated to just throw away the Cali rolls since I wasn’t driving back 25 minutes and next time when I order I will get my 7 rolls free of charge. You did not tell me to return the rolls because I already drove 25 minutes to your restaurant and back and obviously you wouldn’t come pick up your food from my house. It was only $55 for 7 rolls And spicy mayo. I spent a lot of money in your restaurant with my family and because of $55 you lost a customer.I contacted you and you refused to offer what you said you would offer so what’s the point of contacting you now. I don’t want your free sushi anymore. It won’t taste the same.

Oh My Word! I cannot say enough positive things about this restaurant! The avocado rolls are THE BEST I have ever had! I eat more than I care to admit to anyone. My husband and children love the food as well! The food here is always fresh and never tastes too oily or overcooked. I absolutely love it! The service is outstanding as well. The owners of the restaurant are super personable, helpful, and kind. This place is a serious gem in the Lancaster county area!
