There were 2 people working on a Saturday. I was the only person in the store, waiting in line to order. The one employee says it will be a bit of a wait, which was polite hence the 2 stars and not 1. Usually they don't tell you, they usually just ignore you. I asked how long and she said 15 minutes! I said no and left. This happens all the time when I go there. They get these large on call orders and won't serve anyone in person until they finish the to go order. Either the line backs up or you're just standing in line staring at the counter. The longest I waited was 55 minutes! It would take two minutes to just put food in a bowl and ring me out and then go back to the on call order. I'm the one that's physically there waiting. You're massively inconveniencing the people physically there waiting, when the person picking up the takeout order is not. And normally they don't even tell you, they just refuse to acknowledge you exist. It's a broken system and I'm just not waiting anymore, if they won't serve me then they lost my business.

Would give zero stars if I could, don’t even know why I bothered to wait so long in line. With FOUR employees up front working, it blows my mind how they are ALL working on the online orders instead of just having specific people do it to get the line in the store moving. My boyfriend and I have never tried the food from here and figured we would today as there was only a few people in line. After they left without even ordering, we were wondering if they were waiting long which it became clear that they were. Another 15 minutes of standing there and having the employees just look at us, we decided it was time to walk out as the woman nearest to us pulled out another 4 orders to make before helping us. Couldn’t even tell you how the food is, we didn’t get any after waiting 20+ minutes! Get it together.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in awhile. There were only 2 people in line, but the guy making the order was more worried about talking instead of making the food. The lady at the cash register was very unfriendly and rude. Kitchen looked absolutely disgusting as well.

Friendly staff, large portions. Great for a quick meal.

Several employees working but turning away customers coming in to order. Employees were rude. Will not come back to this location!

Saturday, mall filled with people, and sign on door says on line orders only. Families and shoppers being turned away. What a horrible business plan. Use a stand alone store for online only business!! And update your website!!

The food here is normally great. The service is hit or miss. The service I got yesterday, I walked right out. I pulled up to Qdoba and there was a sign on the door “due to short staff we are only taking online orders.” I walked in still because this was not normal for this location and there of course was no warning online, and I drove out of my way, to be turned away. When I walked in, I was not greeted, but was YELLED AT, the woman behind the counter yelled “We are only taking online orders if you’re stuff ain’t on the table then you need to be patient and wait.” Might I add that I didn’t even get in line yet, and I just wanted to ask a question. I wasn’t given that chance. I will also add that as she rudely turned me away, she was clearly making someone’s order who was IN STORE, and it was not an online order because she was asking the woman what she wanted. So why did I get turned away, not even greeted, when this woman was getting a bowl made for her at the moment, if you can do it for one person, you shouldn’t be turning others away, that drove out of their way to get there, without any warning about online order only. NOT TO MENTION, if they were so short staff, why were there three people working behind the counter? One not even doing anything just standing at the register? I honestly should have called the manager. Because I think the employees were just being lazy, and placed a sign on the door so they would only have to do online orders.I get places are short staffed during this pandemic, but I would have gladly walked away, without anger had I been greeted with “a hello and we are so sorry” but what I got was rude, and no greeting.I don’t know whether or not I’ll be back. It’s definitely not worth the drive just to get yelled at when you walk in the door.

If your a door dash worker save yourself the trouble and refuse the order pick up ... took them 30 min to complete a oder witch is ridiculous because you have 3 females employees walking around just talking on there phones ... I wouldn't even waste my time try to get food.

Probably would have been better if I didn't have the most rookie employee, literally started that day. How do you mess up a burrito when I'm telling you what I want?
