The hoagies are delicious, but this location suffers from it's employees not being able to properly prepare orders. Multiple times they've forgotten mayo or vinegar, or used the wrong bread. They're also extremely slow. Ordering online has you wait an hour before the food is ready, despite no customers inside.If you can spare driving another 10-15 minutes, get food from the Lititz location. We've never had any issues there.
One of the best experiences I’ve had at an eating establishment.I witnessed a manager and customer who was acting completely belligerent get into a verbal altercation. The customer attempted to grab the manager and the manager hit him with 2 KFC 2 pieces, no biscuits.The customer was dazed and confused and took his party platter and stumbled out in a drunken haze.5/5 would return.
VERY UNORGANIZED. Good food but more requests than the 3 ladies could handle on a weekday lunch. Also curious why management would allow a vendor to sidetrack staff to replace/sharpen knives during a lunch rush.
Went in around 140 today to grab lunch quick and take back to work to eat. Ordered and then sat for 22 minutes waiting. Then asked if my sandwich was being made three employees then had a puzzled look on their faces. No apology given, asked for me money back and left. First and last time going to this store. Jersey mikes is down the road or wawa and have never had any issues there.
Young lady at cash register was wearing one ear bud. Very unprofessional. What are you thinking? Listening to music while you take customer orders? Even if you are not, TAKE IT OUT and put it away. You are working.Also my sub order was messed up. I asked for no Tomatoes b/c it gives me issues and guess what I found on sub... even the ticket said no Tomatoes. Guess you don't pay attention to details either.
Quality of food was great. Service was lacking. Pricing is not reasonable.
The quality of the food was excellent, but customer service needs improvement. I completed an online order for 6 people (not a very large order) at 12:48 PM and it wasn't ready until 1:35 PM. Apparently, they had the pick-up time at the top of the email as 1:33 PM, but I was unaware and waited in the restaurant from 12:55-1:35 PM to see customer after customer being served as I waited for my order to be completed. No one told me that it wouldn't be ready until a later time. It was frustrating. If this is a normal occurrence, I wouldn't recommend ordering online. A person is better off ordering in person at the restaurant so they can process your order in a timely manner. I didn't express anger or frustration at the employees. I was simply confused as to why an online order took a long time to complete.
Really disappointed in the new ownership. The previous owners actually cared about the place. The people were incredibly rude and looked annoyed people came in to order. The people working were too busy with their own conversations and laughing with one another to pay attention to customers. While I was there an elderly woman came in and stated that the phone wasn’t working. One of the girls said rudely “Yea I’m short staffed. Didn’t you see the order online option?” I’ve been going to Primo since I was little at the Jersey shore. Shame this location doesn’t have the same friendliness.
tried to call to order ahead. got a recording saying it was busy. okay no problem. showed up to order and the place was dead. upon opening the doors the music was beyond loud for the place. 4 people in the back looking annoyed that someone showed up to order. trying to order only to have to keep repeating myself because the music. also who was taking my order must've really needed to be checking there phone. finally got home to eat and there wasn't mayo on all 3 hoagies. some stuff from one hoagie on another hoagie. place has gone down hill since previous owners who were there all the time and actually cared for there business.
Came down to Lancaster today to pick up some stuff that I can’t get in Harrisburg shopped around for a yummy sub shop town this place my dog needed something to eat so they gave me some ham as well yeah they charge me for it but it was a lot of ham we still have some leftovers at the house good food good sub didn’t really like the spicy peppers took those out and the sub got two pieces left over from what I bought pretty great deal try it out they have all kinds of Italian stuff there for subs and hoagies whatever you call them
