It has been bad every time we've gone, with the exception of when they were brand new. We've gone multiple times because I'm a glutton for punishment and hoped it would be better. Food is either soggy, dried out, or both; it has that "under a food lamp for hours" taste, assuming the order was correct, which it often wasn't. This should be an alternative to CFA, but it's really just a one way ticket to the bathroom.

The last few times I've been to popeyes they have gotten my order wrong, from just forgetting sauces (no big deal) to forgetting sides and biscuits. Then last night I ordered the 10 piece family meal with spicy tenders, 2 sides and the biscuits. They had to make new tenders so I had to wait, no big deal. They bring my food out and I get home to eat and they have given me fried chicken instead. Figured ok busy night there mistakes happen again, ended up eating a couple of them and I am currently in the bathroom for the 4th time this evening. Will not be going back again needless to say.

Not a good experience at this location. First, I was happy to find their dining room was open (been closed for an extended period of time due to covid, I believe). But their menu boards are not working - so cannot see different combo options and related pricing. I should have just turned around and walked out, but I was looking forward to some of their spicy fried chicken. Ordered a 3 piece combo - which was $10.80 (way overpriced). The chicken was fine, but the restaurant was not. Most of the tables were messy (not recently cleaned), and the Coca Cola fountain machine was apparently not working - soda being served from the kitchen only. All around, pretty much a disappointment. I'll be taking my lunch business elsewhere.

Terrible service waited 30 min for my food to be frozen not cold frozen

Was expecting KFC level chicken and food, but got more McDonald's quality. Not horrible food, but not the best. Also, the price was kinda high for what you're getting. Next time I want fried chicken, I'm going to KFC.

Really good crispy chicken tenders. Hot cinnamon apple pies very much like the yummy ones we used to get 40 years ago at McD. Do you remember the fried pillow shaped pies that came in a paper sleeve with holes on the sides? Well, that was way back in the 1970's and very early 1980's. Mmmmm...good stuff!

Service was good. Prices extremely high for the very small pieces of chicken. I like Popeyes chicken but refuse to pay those astronomical prices. Sorry Popeyes, I make some pretty good home fried chicken.

You will not get what you payed for, ordered two 3 piece chicken tenders meal. Should equal 6 Tenders total, however. I received 3 normal size tenders, and a handful of small tender crumbs, that I guess they thought equaled 3 tenders. The two sides, for two meals, were a handful of fries, and a small cup of coleslaw.. forget this place!

If the dining room is closed for mobile order pickup—but sometimes open—you think you could put “closed” signs on ALL the doors instead of just the one (of three) people are least likely to use?

Just went here first time. Food was great, as I heard it was. The service, that was horrible. Trying to understand someone mumbling through the intercom is impossible. After placing my order she repeated it back to me and I could barely make out half of what she said. Figured I'd just go over my order once I got up to the window. Once there it was clear the girl at the window was not very enthusiastic about her job. I reiterated my order. She missed a drink, 12 piece nugget and was the wrong sandwich. Got it all corrected and paid. She grabbed my bag, handed it to me and slammed the window shut. I got her attention to reopen the window. I asked if the 12 piece was in there because I hadn't seen her put it in. She assured me she put it in the bag so I pulled away. WELL..... no 12 piece. Bad experience, I'd get Popeyes again, food was good, just not this store.
