I ordered online carryout. The app stated Order Ready. I clicked on I'm Here. No one came out. I finally called. This is the normal procedure at this location. No one still came out. 2 customers went in to order. I finally had to go inside. She met me at the door. No soda in her hand. I had to ask for it. Got home and pizza, bread sticks are cold. Marinara sauce was ice cold. One of the pizzas was supreme but mainly mushrooms. Cheese didn't go to edges on either pizza. $48.75 was outrageous for poor service and quality of the food.
Love this place , very friendly and fast service.. good environment.To go was ready when I arrived.My husband and I are very pleased with the pizza and people.
I placed my order on line and order was ready when I got there. Pizza was a bit over cooked when I got home and opened box, but over all it was good.
Big deal box.....we asked for wings....got bone put wings....they never mentioned...oh we don't do wings.
I thought everything was very good. Pizza could have used a bit more cheese.

It was a 2hr 15 min wait for cold pizza that was doughy, crust not cooked. Lousy, would not feed it to my dog. No would not recommend your pizza and your service.
I ordered food online. I was missing items. I called the store 14 times until the answering service women under the order option 1 (bc no one answered 2, or 3 option) finally for someone to answer the phone. The man was rude. When o tried to explain to him I was missing cheese sticks he said I didn’t order them. I told him it’s on my receipt, then after a few seconds said oh you didn’t get them, I said no I only got my three pizzas. He then cut me off and said yeah I can see what you ordered. Followed by a long pause then didn’t even offer to bring my items just said I’ll give you a credit. Well that didn’t help my son who ordered them and only them as his dinner. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Also very snidely at the end said oh yeah and use that credit within 90 days or it’s gone. And hung up.
It was very smooth although they should ring the bell next time to let me know it’s there
