The food is delicious as expected. But I especially want to praise the team who was working last night. Bitter cold night, people arriving for pickups, curbside, making new orders. And a lobby full of cold people watching them work. They filled orders quickly, greeted customers promptly and all with a smile.
Overall it was good food and good service. They are short staffed but that never stops them from working there butts off. We order pizza from them a few times a month. Every time they’re great. Even while short staffed. Sometimes only having 2 people working. It may run behind on time, but they’re still doing their best and super apologetic and getting out pizzas as fast as possible.
I have always liked Pizza Hut Pizza, but this was probably the most disappointing pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was fine but the toppings were very slim and tasteless - very inadequate sauce and cheese.
I cannot believe you even served those tiny itty bitty wings.. I have always loved Pizza-Huts wings, this time was down right terrible. I asked the driver to call before leaving the hut, which he did. I waited over 30 minutes until I received my cold food. I was never more disappointed than I was when I received my food. I am not sure if I will every order again. I am now not surprised on all of the Pizza Huts that are going out of business.
I Will Never order from willow street pizza hut again!!!!!!! we wait over 2hrs for our food before calling. They said the order was on its way. I called back 20 min later and they said they had the order completes and they were waiting for the driver to come back. I canceled my order and made my kids Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! The management is Completely incompetent.
Pizza was extremely tasty- hot & delicious-thin crust- half sausage, half roma tom.,green peppers-- extra marinara sauce - YUMMY!!
I actually emailed Pizza Hut customer service last night. This was the first time I ordered the apple pie dessert from Pizza Hut. It is supposed to come with six Apple pies according to the website. I was sent for apple pies and a crushed up half of a fifth one. Of the four full apple pies one was busted open and the insides were all over the container. It did not look presentable at all and I was very surprised it passed through your standard to give to a customer. I’ve had a few problems with this Pizza Hut for getting toppings on my pizza or giving me the wrong topping. They always remedy it by giving me a gift card or something free but it would be nice just to have the order correct in the first place.
The pizza was not throughly cut and our plan was to eat on the road was not a good experience it seemed a little undercooked. Buffalo wings were soggy and the chicken was fatty. Not a good experience. Yuck
I live 5 minutes down the road. Took 30 minutes to be delivered (from when it first said it was on its way). Pizza was luke-warm, not hot, and breadsticks were cold.
Easy to order online. Food ready at correct time and delicious!
