Theyre trippin. I called for delivery, order didnt show up for an hour, I called the store they said the driver should be there soon. I didnt know the food had gotten there until half hour later wheny boyfriend left the apartmemt and TOLD ME MY FOOD WAS SITTING OUTSIDE IN THE COLD. No doorbell ring, no call, no text. When I called they told me that the doordashers dont really call and you kind of have to keep an eye out. DO NOT ADVERTISE DELIVERY IF YOURE USING A 3RD PARTY. OR AT LEAST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. I have never heard something so stupid come out of an employees mouth. They refunded my order but dont even bother.
This is the first time my order was bad. It was cold and the dough was thin, but I did not order a thin crust. Something was off. I regret not taking it back. I would like a refund.
I ordered my pizza online for my children. I get a call from an Ephrata number telling me they wouldn’t be able to deliver my food because they didn’t take cash. I could come pick it up though… If I had that convenience, I wouldn’t have ordered food. My kids were so disappointed. Who doesn’t take cash?
The staff was nice, fast, and the food is always good. The only problem I had was the cheesy bread. I wish it had more cheese on it there was a very thin line.
I have been living and lancaster all my life and this is my first time ordering from this pizza hut. The person that took my order over the phone was very nice, professional and had great customer service. My husband went in to pick up the pizza and said the 2 employees In there was nice also. I had no problems with my order. The dinner box was still hot when it got home and delicious. I was hesitant to order from here based on past reviews from others but based on my experience, I will order from here again.I did order during lunchtime and it was for pick-up so that may play a huge role in my experience.
This store has gone rogue and doesn't deliver or answer their phones. I ordered online and 20 minutes later or so a random number called asking for my credit card number saying they don't deliver. Door dash or Uber eats only they said and the cash option I had selected on the website was also not available. We ended up wasting a lot of time and got angry and never got the food. Never ordering again. Pizza Hut is trash plastic food anyway.
My food was cold , burnt, I order an original crust I got thin sliced. The fries were old . When I called nobody answer the phone. It was waste of my 30.00. I would never order or recommend them ever .
Hire competent workers. I placed my order at 534pm. And recieved a text from door dash at 730 that my order was canceled. I call the store they said my order went out awhile ago. My order was stolen from Doordash. My family waited 2 hours for food to find out that someone stole it. Unbelievable
My order was 2 hours late and when it did deliver it was not correct! I would have liked to be reimbursed for my order! I will not be returning to Pizza Hut! This is highly unprofessional. I called multiple times and they said I will be credited but I never was?
3rd time is the charm sucks ordering from this place order was supposed to be delivered at 4 50pm at 4 57pm got a text out for delivery, to get a text at 5 20 that may order was going to be delivered by doordash 2 hours after I was gone for work my kids got the pizza thanks no lunch or dinner for me
