Highly recommend. I've been going here for years and the baristas are consistently welcoming and attentive to their customers. The products are high quality and the space is inspirational!
I've been a good few times now and never had a bad drink and have especially enjoyed their cappuccinos. Also, the baristas are nice people and competent at their job. Overall the place is a lovely experience!

The people here are so kind, and the coffee and tea options are as delicious as they are diverse. Not a lot of seating, but such a cozy and comfortable vibe if you're able to find a spot!
Their cold brew coffee is amazing. My only complaint is they don’t offer a bigger size. I could drink it by the gallon.
We’re avid coffee drinkers and have been drinking Passenger’s coffees for years but on this visit we were particularly curious about Passenger’s tea offerings. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to us. Nick patiently explained the different benefits of drinking tea, distinguished between different tea types and flavor profiles, and expertly made recommendations based on our questions/feedback. While preparing the tea, Nick provided exceptional customer service to my partner who was curious about steeping techniques, timing, and other detailed queries. Separately, after our tea experience we ordered a cappuccino and drips to go. The cappuccinos are perfectly prepared, rivaling our favorite coffee shops in San Francisco. All around another exceptional experience at Passenger—we certainly enjoyed the journey.
Best. Coffee. A nice minimalistic room. Clean and bright, the atmosphere doesn't demand attention but rather lends to the enjoyment of their exquisite and expertly brewed coffees. The latte I had today was made with oatmilk and was wonderful, with the flavor notes of the espresso shining through. The varieties and quality of their unique coffees is like none other. Proud that they are a Lancaster based company. Their renown is well-deserved .
