The cashier was upbeat and enthusiastic and didn't miss a beat, greeting me as I entered the store. I was unfamiliar with the layout and told him I was there for a pickup order. He kindly directed me to where I could find the food I had ordered and made it very easy for me to add another drink to my order on my way out. Excellent experience.

I had lunch at Panera with a friend yesterday. I ordered pizza n strawberry poppy seed salad. The salad was absolutely delicious with strawberries, blueberries n pineapple with it. I was expecting a small pizza n when it came out it had 6 nice sized slices. Even after sharing with my friend I came home with 2 slices. Am enjoying some for lunch today.

First it's Panera, the food is good but nothing much to write home about. The staff was busy but friendly. My concern is with my takeout order. To be fair I did set a pickup time for a little after I was expecting to get there as I really wasn't sure about travel time and what not. As it was I requested a 11:15 pickup on a Sunday morning and as expected I was early so I patiently waited. My order was not ready until after 11:24 ( I texted my party that I was giving them another minute before I would start to complain) and my order came out. I asked about extra butter and knives that I had requested with my online order and I was told everything was in the bag. I grabbed some extra butter just in case and am glad I did as there was no butter or knives as requested. I'm not sure what was going on but if ordering online double check your order before leaving.

Stopped here on 3/16/22 at approximately 7 PM and the employees making the food were making fun of my name right in front of me. One of these employees was a team leader. My friend and I quickly changed our order for dine in to take out. Very upsetting and hurtful. I left the restaurant almost in tears that’s how bad it was. I even tipped them a good tip prior to them making my food. Wish I could get it back. Do better. People have feelings.

Very fast and friendly service, delicious food and very clean. We like the Napa Apple salad; autumn squash soup and their baguettes are out if this world! We love their bagels too.

They didn't have bread when I went for my grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup duet. And the cashier tried to tell me they don't do duets! I like this chain, but things like that can turn me away from business.

The food is always great. The staff was great. The store was clean as always! But waiting in line for 45 minutes just to order my food. Then another 25 more minutes just standing there waiting to get my food for take out was really crazy! I don't think I'll be back there any time soon. I don't think I ever gave a 2 star rating before?

We were disappointed in this Panera. After visiting three times. All three times the women's bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. The third time it was unusable. I waited ten mins for an employee to exit the only usable toilet (other broken) and found the floor flooded with toilet water, toilet paper, and sewage smell. I ended up having to use the men's bathroom which was clean but awkward. The tables each time we went were not cleaned and littered with crumbs and water spots from drinks. The general lack of cleanliness in the building lends question to the food and safety measures in the kitchen. Having spent $25 for lunch all three times, we were disappointed for the price we pay and lack of basic facilities to even sit and eat in cleanliness or use a restroom.

Busy lunch.... 15 min wait to get my lunch
