We had occasion to order take-out for two dinner meals. The food was ready on time and was excellent. Highly recommend.
It was 2 of us. We had soup n salad . Overly price my opinion and the place could use a lil clean up.
I enjoyed my delicious salad and soup served with a great chunk of bread and a cookie. A great lunch location.

The Teriyaki Chicken warm bowl was delicious ? The only downside is most of the empty tables were not clean, and the floor at the pickup counter was sticky.

I love Panera's food. Great sandwiches, soups, and warm bowls, and I applaud that they have switched to "clean" food. My only problem with them is that the service can be all over the place. Today in this Panera the service was great. The person who took our order at the register was pleasant and knowledgeable, our order was ready in a timely manner, and it was correct. It's not always the case, however. I suspect they must have frequent turnover of employees.

I was visiting from out of town and Panera Breads. For my coffee, I like to use a package of Splenda. They were completely out. When I asked if they had more the worker looked in the drawer. None there nor anywhere else. I don’t use the other sweeteners. There was a bottle of honey there so I told the guy I would use it. Then he walked away. So I got my coffee and cream and retrieved the bottle. It was unopened. So I opened it. The a manager type walked over and gave me a hard time that I shouldn’t be using be using it since it was in the drawer and that a worker should get it for me! WELL IF YOU DIDN’T WANT ME TO USE IT THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE STOCKED THE SPLENDA TO BEGIN WITH. Plus I did tell the worker I was going to use it. I was offended by the manager woman. Poor service attitude towards the customer and not impressed by the small counter space as others have mentioned and the lack of suppliers including the coffee cup stoppers vehicular were behind the register and not available at the coffee area.
