I don't even know what to say. Just look at the picture and make your own assumptions
The food is always good and the place is always clean, but even more the staff go above and beyond!
Came here to eat as I had an hour to kill waiting for an appointment.I ordered the mediterrean veggie sandwich and cheddar broccoli soup for my ‘you pick two’. The soup & bread were good. The sandwich left alot to be desired. The agave lemonade had good flavor, tasted like regular lemonade to me.My chocolate chip cookie was hard as a rock. I was only able to eat the little bit in the center as the ends were too hard. The drink station was amess and totally gross. The dining area was semi-clean.
The manager here is absolutely terrible. Customer service could definitely be improved. Expect way way better. Panera on Fruitville is way wayyy better. Don’t waste your time at a Panera that doesn’t care. And this is coming from an employee.
My first experience at Panera. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The music playing overhead was loud and made it difficult to have conversation. I ordered the Creamy Tomato soup, the Steak and White Cheddar sandwich & Plum Ginger Hibiscus tea. The soup was wonderful! The sandwich was bread with a hint of meat and cheese. The tea is very good (it leaves a superior aftertaste and is very satisfying!) Although I thought I had ordered the "duet value" on the ordering touch pad, the cost of my meal was, in my view, too expensive for what I received. I will reserve it for a special night out but not for everyday mealtimes.
I’m not sure if this even approved by corporate standards, but the Valentine’s Day cookie looked nothing like what I was suppose to get. I wasn’t looking for an attempt at an anatomical heart that I could have done myself at home. It was suppose to be flood icing, nothing close. Such a shame how standards has gone down hill in most food chains this last year or so.
Placed an online order at 11:49 for ASAP pickup and after cashing out noticed the pickup time was 12:30. I went into the store and mentioned to them after about 15 minutes that my order had a pickup of 12:30 to see if there was any way it could be done earlier. Manager Hunter Gray looked at my order and then went into the kitchen area. At this point I believed that he was trying to get the order made ahead of schedule. That wasn’t the case. What was more upsetting is that another woman came in during this time that had a 12:45 pickup time and requested the same thing as me and they immediately started on her order. Terrible customer service and it seemed like the only one that new what was going on was Carol, the woman expediting. I’ll find somewhere to buy an overpriced soup and salad for lunch next time.
Ordered online, said ready. Used restroom and coffee still not ready. To go area still dirty from previous evening. Attendant said coffee ready but didn't bring out. She took 10 minutes to walk out 2 carafe and no half and half available. Another 5 min wait for creamer after another Attendant asked if I needed anything. She went back to check and first Attendant came out and apologized for others lack of communication. I don't have this time to waste as I was working. Starbucks next door and I usually get coffee there without incidence. Only came because of 'free coffee. But not impressed it is either cold or hasn't been remade from other stops
Had to listen to a worker using the F word way too muchThrowing food in the bags to complete ordersBut the sad thing was the team manager stood there and allowed itThis rating is for the staffI love Panera and will always stop there just not this one
My grandkid’s first visit and they loved the Kids menu. The staff, especially the gentleman at the register was very friendly .
